Dr William, some people complained that you don’t give exaggerated bbls and that’s a reason they won’t go with you and I’m like… what?! That’s exactly what I want, a natural bbl! I will be booking with you for May or junec2022!
Update: I ended up not even booking with him because he said I don’t have enough fat even though I do! I was able to get a bbl with a top notch Dr in tj (Jaime campos) and got an amazing body. No regrets on my end.

Hello Dr. Williams. I most definitely have decided to come to you. The reason why is you understand the importance of hips. I have seen several women with these ginormous butts, pencil legs and no hips. They look absolutely ridiculous and it just takes away from the whole curvy experience. I love that you give us instructions for travel. I have a question. I am possibly moving to South Florida within the next year because I’m going to retire. Obviously I am a woman of a certain age since I am retiring, 64. Do you think I can still have this type of operation at this age.? I ask this of you because my skin lacks collagen and tightness.. oh my goodness what I would not do to have my 24-year-old skin again. LOL.. I have to do the best I can with what I have!!!! As I was scrolling through CZcams, I was fortunate enough to come across you. I subscribed and started watching several videos. I just like your energy and I always go by my gut. Dr. William your work looks really great. I recently came across a breast reduction photo posted and a bbl and I was amazed. If a patient is having multiple procedures such as lipo and breast augmentation are you charging flat rates inclusive of anesthesia and the facility or is it the second service considered an add on since anesthesia and the facility is already included in the first procedure price? As a flight attendant I would recommend not getting on a plane as long as possible. Sitting on a pillow can block egress in an emergency. If you do have a pillow to sit on bring a doctors note for it so there’s no hassle and try to book a window seat.

Doctor you do amazing work though everyone complains about all of the 305 coordinators. They never answer once they receive the deposit. 305 office NEEDSSS NEW coordinators. These coordinators badly represent the brand.

Yes, they do need a more professional staff. I wanted Dr. Williams to do my surgery because I love his work but once I heard they never answer after receiving the deposit I chose a different doctor.

Hi Dr. Williams. I am very interested in choosing you for Lipo 360. But I am very concerned about how your facility treats your patients. I see that you or someone answers for you on some of the comments. I find it interesting thought that it’s only the comments about people thanking you for the tips but never on the concern of your staff.
Do you plan on training your staff on better customer service?
Does it concern you that there are a lot of negative reviews about your facility?
This is exactly my experience right now, it's extremely difficult to have answers to our questions. When we schedule a telephone appointment with them they never call you, it's been 2 weeks since the person in charge of my file had to call me back with Dr. William's availability for April 2022 but she always forgets and when I send her a text message, she answers me I'll check and call you back tomorrow but she doesn't call me back. I'm seriously thinking about cancelling everything despite the fact that Dr. William is very good but the experience with his team is very stressful and bad

I’m booked with you for December 2021. I was also wondering if you are the one people speak to on Instagram? I can’t seem to get a reliable answer on the internet for this, but, if your patient lives only 2 hours away, are they okay to get on a flight home on the day of the bbl surgery?
We recommend they stay in Miami for one week at least after a BBL. It would be impossible for you to travel the same day as your surgery.
Question? Even if you do breast surgery is one week in Miami.

When you stay cold alot and you plan on getting surgery should you use Vitamin C?
I suggest Vitamin C not for cold prevention but to help with the absorption of Iron.

That's a common mistake. You don't need as much fat as you think you need for a BBL. Best to exercise and eat clean and get rid of the internal fat.
Dr William Can I get a bbl if I have hernia..
IF it is very small reducible than you can. For larger ones you are better off to have the hernia fixed before your lipo or BBL.

Don't rush to get any surgery done.... do your research! That might, not always be a good indication that the Dr. Has some kind of skill. A plastic surgeon with no wait time... that's scary!

Hi doctor, is it normal for your legs and knees to be super swollen during the flight home after a bbl? I had a bbl and traveled 5-6 hours back to California. I tried to walk as much as I could in the plane but I swelled so much!
