Wow any advise for those starting out also our good will has different brands more boutique style items usually sell for about 50$ -100$ per item new so how would you price that and also any other tips for picking in a more limited selections for instance brands like White House black market , Ralph Lauren, Talbots ... thanks for all the tips and information it’s really cool of you to share and I’m so glad you explained about how it works I too always thought good will was just for poor people and have thought about doing this for a long time so now I don’t feel guilty about doing this thanks

Amanda Marie Galvan those that are offering garage sale prices are not the right buyers. The right buyer will come along and the will know the value. That’s how anyone can sell for those prices. If you aren’t willing to wait for the right buyer and sell quickly then you will probably get the garage sale price. Holding out is the KEY! 😊

Did you thrift most of these things? I didn’t know the fees were that much. How do you know what will sell? I know you like to list current styles on Poshmark, but if something doesn’t at least cover the fees it could be a loss - that’s what scares me. Plus you live in a small town so how do you find so many good things? I could see this becoming addictive. A long time ago I used to buy VHS tapes (mostly exercise ones) from the thrift store and sell them on Amazon. I’d be happy when I made $10. Feels good to know a great deal and pass it on but still profit.
