    I once found a vintage Chanel purse at a thrift store it was authentic, for $5. Flipped it on eBay for $350. Pretty sure that’s when I got hooked. Have yet to find anything else like that yet but still going strong

I have a few pairs of lucky Brand jeans that both have silver marker written near the tag. I rather not sell them that way

    What do you do when you can't sell the clothes you have purchased? Can you recommend a site for clothes that are not upscale brands but are nice clothes that are new and a site for slightly worn clothes for a super reasonable price for the consumer so I can make some money instead of always donating the clothes? Being disabled a garage sale is out of the question although if it were possible I would consider it. I randomly came across your channel and appreciate the information you share with your viewers.

      @thedealqueen1540  Před 6 lety +1

      Sarah Rubin I haven’t used ThredUP luxe yet but I have sent tons of items into thredUP in the past. I didn’t really like the experience and they take forever to process your bag. I have heard the luxe pay out is good though

    • @allthingsdelightful8565
      @allthingsdelightful8565 Před 6 lety

      That is interesting. I just don't trust thred up with my high end items and I have sold to them about two years ago. I don't trust to get a decent payout on their items.

    • @sarahrubin3211
      @sarahrubin3211 Před 6 lety

      all things delightful The resellers that have said TUL is better than TRR, say the high % coupon codes that TRR sends out is what kills their selling price and their once large payout becomes much smaller. Also saying TUL lets you adjust the selling price, if you’re unhappy with their pricing. These sound great but then I see some of my fav resellers like TDQ say TRR.
      I’m hesitant to send to either, but I have some expensive designer items that my photos just don’t do justice to be able to sell on Posh 😩

    • @Angelaaa1015
      @Angelaaa1015 Před 6 lety +5

      Oksanna Verhoef not actually true. Reselling is also for the environment. A lot of designer brands burn their clothes or brands just dump the clothes. Much less wasteful to resell. Especially when it’s online and open to the entire country instead of being in the one store.

    I am really confused about your sourcing places. you say your friend did not have time to thrift at the goodwill but she told you about all those awesome items??!!! How would she have known???!!!! Having a hard time believing that a rural area like the one you say you live can have such high end items at GW consistently....something does not add up that why your viewers are questioning your story!

    • @thedealqueen1540
