    Let's go last-minute cramming!!!
    I'm taking the digital SAT tomorrow, and your vids helped me soo much, it's a shame I won't be able to watch the fill in the banks portion for the graph question though :(

      Where are you taking it? Just curious because in the future I'd like to take that into account. I realize it's about to be Saturday in some parts of the world but I thought my release time would still make it come in before you have to be at the test center

    Thank you for the video. Do you have advice for what kind of laptop you can use for the DSAT?

      Hey! So basically any windows or mac laptop will work, you can download the program before you sign up to make sure it's working. If you can use bluebook, you can take the test with that device. It even works on tablets from what I've heard.

    Again, you are awesome. I appreciate you so much. Hey, which reading section questions do you think are the hardest? Vocab? Grammar? Supporting claims...?

    • @score-yourcollegecounselor
      @score-yourcollegecounselor  Před rokem +1

      I think that depends a bit on each student. If you're bad at science, supporting claims or the quantitative questions with data will probably be hard. Literature questions are usually difficult for international students. Punctuation is also tough, I even make mistakes sometimes on those if I'm going too fast. That's why I encourage every student to look at the mistakes they're making and figure out which question types they need to improve the most.

    I'm also so confused about which vocab to teach for the new digital SAT ... you did suggest a list in your free class but it is hard to know which words will be on the digital reading test... especially since its so vocab heavy...

    • @score-yourcollegecounselor
      @score-yourcollegecounselor  Před rokem +1

      Vocab has two types, connectors and general vocabulary. You can definitely focus specifically on connectors first and that covers about half of the vocab on any test. The rest? It's kind of impossible to teach. I don't recommend spending a TON of time practicing vocabulary or memorizing words. Reading a lot is a good idea, whether literature or articles, you can learn a lot of new words by just reading and taking note of words you don't know.

      @@score-yourcollegecounselor ohhh, what is a good resource for a list of the connectors? Do you think if I teach the digital SAT with the khan academy material that's out for digital then it would be enough to just go through those words or would extra vocab help during lessons be a good idea since vocab is 30 percent
