    One thing I notice with planking is that oftentimes beginners have a tendency to keep their hips too high. You get a better core result the straighter you keep your body. One unique exercise for beginners I found effective was to do plank hip dips, only for starters have them get in plank position and slide a balloon under their hips. This will allow them to maintain good position as well as provide light resistance for a dip so they don’t go straight to the ground. Try it in a video and let me know your thoughts!
