Im just watching this season now...and omg what a extremely loud twat Jon is. If it wasnt for bad manners, he wouldnt have any at all. The way he talked to Hannah was disgusting, let alone the argument he starts in front of everyone and then he really kicks off. It may come as a bit of a shock to him but he isnt all that like he thinks he is. If you dont agree with him, he storms off as he screams and shit cracks it. Imagine living with that volatile angry ant bullshit all the time. I absolutely loved how Hannah, not for one second took his crap. Then he says sorry...then rinses and repeats. Too bad she tried to 'skate away' from the UCPD when they told her to stop - AFTER she was already 'pulled over'. The officers were ticketing another boarder when she skated along. They stopped her, told her to wait where she was and , well, guess what... She didn't want to wait! (or get a ticket), so, as soon as their backs were turned, she tried to skate away... ONE (repeat ONE) officer pursued her, grabbed her backpack and pulled her off the board. She was placed on the ground by the officer who wanted to handcuff her for trying to run from the police. While doing so, and is clearly seen in THIS video, she tried to get up!! presumably to try and get away again. That's why the other officer then 'tackled' her to the ground and held her there until she was cuffed. It's not rocket science folks... If the police pull over two CARS (have been in that situation before) and if one of them pulls over, but then after the officer gets out of his/her car it just decides to 'take off', you can bet they are going to go after it... I know... I was the 'other' car and the officer said "Stay right here if you don't want to go to jail". So, I stayed there... for 20 minutes... Then I called the CHP (not 911), told them what happened, said I was still there... They put me on hold to talk to the officer and after another minute or so, they said "This is your lucky day. The officer said because I DID stay, that he is treating this as a warning." So, I left and drove (without speeding) on to work. Along the way, about 15 miles up the freeway, there was the car the other guy was driving, pulled over to the side. Oh, and it was getting hooked up to a tow truck. So, if you don't want to be put down on the ground - COOPERATE!! Do EXACTLY what the officers tell you too. Remember, they don't know you at all. If they ask you to get on the ground face down, it's likely because either A) You did something bad enough to warrant that or B) They think you are someone else - like the guy that just robbed the gas station down the road. They do it for THEIR safety. If you don't follow their instructions, expect to be a) tasered b) dragged down to the ground c) TACKLED by more than one officer d) SHOT! e) any combination of those. When I get pulled over, I make sure it's in a safe place, I put my hands at the top of the steering wheel (although I drive with them at the bottom) and I WAIT. I don't start rummaging around looking for my registration or insurance card or anything else, I just wait. I don't even roll the window down! I just wait! When the officer comes up to speak to me, and asks me to roll the window down (or motions for me to do so) I roll it down. I don't talk, I don't reach around, I wait until they say something like "Can I see your DL, Reg. and Insurance". I don't ask THEM questions like "Why did you pull me over" or "was I speeding" or try to tell them things like "I was only going 61" or "I wasn't speeding" or such. I just wait and answer their questions. IF they ask "Do you know how fast you were going" or something like that, I simply tell them I thought I was driving within the speed limits/rules" I don't admit to anything and I don't try to deny anything either. Then, IF they happen to write me a ticket and IF I don't agree with it, I sign it anyway (it's just a promise to appear, not an admission of guilt) and go on my way. IF I then decide to fight it, I will usually take a 'measure' of exactly where I am/was and the time, the road conditions, traffic conditions, directions of travel, etc... I don't need to ask for the officers badge number or name - it will be on the ticket and often so will the other info, but I want to be sure in case I need to go to court. But people, especially you younger folks, DON'T MESS WITH THE POLICE!! This girl went to JAIL because she didn't cooperate. If she had, she would likely have received a ticket (OR just a warning) and been on her way. Instead, she chose wrongly and it cost her dearly. In money, in time and in embarrassment.
