I have the race spec palstic bashguard and want to buy the torp Controller but from the looks the plastic housing from the controller only fits on a orginial bashguard

Not at all the average motorcycle headlight uses 60w on the high beams so you could run a motorcycle headlight for 58.33 hours.
Not at all LED's barely draw any power. not noticable whatsoever on a big battery like on the Surron
