Yup... Built 2nd... Err... 3rd stonecutters bench in last episode. Quill you have one stonecutters bench below the other two 😅

thanks Quill, you inspired me to start another Rimworld playthrough.
My colony was coming along nicely, until in my hybris I decided to sent 3 of my 4 colonists on a quest for my relic. After all three got burns all over their bodies after an unfortunate incident with an IED, they all died of infections and now my colony is in shambles.....
Did I say thank you for getting me back into Rimworld?!!!!
Quill, you might need to check the 'walled' zone. There is a strip of land not designated in the middle of the base and there are a couple of squares outside the base that could cause colonists to path outside.
'Pug wuz here' already written in the sand there no doubt. :) Also as someone else pointed out, your solar panel is not in your home zone.

Keep in mind, the longer you build up your wealth, the bigger the first few events will be once you poke the stone
I am absolutely loving this expansion and playthrough. Just lost my first colony in a way that I definitely did not expect. Hopefuly yours will do better

the proper way to play the anomaly is to poke it before your bed finished. anything slower is just way too careful, what next, planning to avoid anything bad?
I’m not sure from what you said. If you don’t know, you can tame and convert in captivity.

He needs a lot more armor and guns for doing that. Even veteran Rimworld players are saying that Anomaly events are mid to late end game events to do since they are very tough.
Everything is fun and games I find until a dark veil turns your ranch into a hoard of zombie chickens
Fibercorn takes longer to grow and yields way less wood than the Cacti. It's not worth it at all.
Why maces? Is that the best weapon? I thought the gladius was.
