Looks very cozy!!! But you forgot washer and dryer and a pantry . But I love the layout of the home. The porches are very nice. And it looks spacious. .. The bedrooms are a good size. And the 2 bathrooms are nice. How much would a home like this cost to be built ?

While kitchen look small to me but no pantry area and either laundry area, the living room is nice find dinner area bit small and bedroom perfect master bedroom should always have toilet with bath tube and basement. While toilet of the guest should have Bathroom with Shower.

This is a cozy house with good porches, and I'd extend the eaves so that the front entry was protected from the weather. I'm pleased to see the bench and hooks inside the door. I'd remove the unnecessary barn door to the kitchen. I'd raise the height of the windows in both bathroom showers for moisture and privacy reasons. The kitchen is snug, but perhaps an extension at the back entry could make provision for laundry and added storage. With some modifications, this could be a plan that suited my needs!

@@NEXTSTUDIO93 Before the invention of kitchen extractors, closing off the kitchen might have had some use if you were cooking something with a vile odor. This small kitchen could be claustrophobic with the door closed, and barn doors kill the use of the wall that they slide over. When a swinging door won't work, a pocket door is a better alternative. I was being overly picky about the bathroom windows, but I would like laundry machines and a closet for the vacuum, the mop and bucket, etc. This plan was a good attempt to fit everything into a small space.

Very cute! Lots of light. I love the barn doors that you use for separators between the dining room and kitchen. It's such a great and unique look! And it keeps the dining room separate from the kitchen, with room to get to both rooms easily. The sink in the master bathroom was beautiful!

I'm not liking the color of the window trim outside. It looks good black inside and doesn't stand out like the outside color does.
