What's your favorite feature in this house design and why?😀😍
Take the tub out of the master shower. Have to wipe the outside all the time. Plus, since drain is only in tub, have to worry about pools of water around tub.
I love a soaking tub, but honestly, rarely use it as it’s a difficult clean out with advancing age. I would keep it in a master, but prefer it be separate from the shower.
I like the entry, with a bench and a place to hang coats. The TV is at a viewable level and I'm grateful that you didn't add a fireplace. I like the master bedroom with its dressing room, though I'm not keen on the "wet room" tub. I like the laundry room, though it could have a door leading outside for those who like to dry their clothes in the sun. The kitchen is large enough to have a wheeled island for extra food prep space. Overall, a good plan!

Living room is my favorite because it is large and airy. I would however put a fireplace where the brick is that also goes in the Master bedroom.

I liked the symmetric nature of the house (same elevation on four sides)
The only thing I would do is reconfigure the kitchen , take down that wall add more cabinetry, add an large island with seating. This home is beautiful.

A bit larger than what we need but I love the living room, master suite, laundry room and bathrooms very much much. Even better is the master is not by the other bedrooms. As we want an open floor plan and this kitchen is totally isolated from guests, is larger than a more compact, room for 2 to move about in than I’m looking for. I love a U shaped kitchen with a bar with the sink on the bar with prep space. Storage, pantry, and cooking areas behind the bar to keep kids out while cooking. In the end, it’s a relatively small kitchen compared to this one and more user friendly.
The house is simple, beautiful and full of coziness

Beautiful but i wish you designers would make the kitchen more easier to use cupboards that are up high are a waste of time and more prone to accidents as one would need a foot stool to to reach for an item yes one needs to put items not used more often up there i disagree why have them, i say just make it easier and lower as there is no room for the foot stool either again useless think how one would make use of this design without being hindered by high cupboards
