What would you add to this.??
Floor plan, square footage are a must. Also, I would make the sink cabinet in the hall bathroom as wide as possible. I need to see the floor plan to be sure, BUT, I THINK you could take a couple of feet from the main bedroom to add to the closet. Also, I would (for me personally) put the toilet where the shower is in the main bathroom and get rid of the tub for a large walkin shower. And I would probably either swing the kitchen around to have the sink looking out the window and take advantage of the empty space in there. One last little thing....the laundry room is great but the bi fold doors over the washer/dryer are in the way. I adore the rest, especially the office space.
The only thing I would add is either an island with seating or a banquet in the kitchen. I love this house! It ticks all my boxes
This would be all wood build, possibly a log home. Open concept LR, kitchen, DR, 3 bedrooms including a (smaller than this one) downstairs master suite separated from the other 2 BR’s all with real closets & 2-2.5 bathrooms total. A garage would be nice attached or if not with a covered walkway into a laundry/mud/storage room that will have a small deep freezer. 1 or 2 floors with regular stairs. We also want a centrally located wood stove. Total Sq footage 1600-1900.
Ok? That was house 1 which will be in the Rockies. #2 will be in a beach community under 1500 sq ft, also open concept, 2 total bedroom and bathrooms, one bedroom, a master suite not as large as the Rockies home. 1 car garage. Small laundry room. Outdoor shower too.

This is beautiful
Without a floor plan, it's hard to see how all these pieces fit together. Double doors for the entry are not a secure or durable choice, though I like the bench and place to hang coats just inside. The office with the funky window wall could be used as a media room. The kitchen has minimal counter and cabinet space in an otherwise empty area, though the big pantry helps a lot. The size of the shower stall window would not be appreciated by the modest.

Agree. I'd like to see a floor plan and dimensions. Kitchen could use a movable island for additional storage and counter space. Sometimes its hard to follow the layout without seeing a floor plan. But, that said, I think I like it.

I would be interested in a floor plan as well.
Nice home, great master suite. I don’t want a home with 4 bedrooms, nor do I care for such a formal decor. I wouldn’t build this home as the floor plan is far from ideal for entertaining with its isolated kitchen which is poorly laid out. A butler pantry needs a door too. Laundry area looks cramped. This big and no garage? What’s the square footage? Has to be over 2000.

3 bedrooms and visitors using 1 family bathroom, in a 4 bed house?! Take away the study and instead make a larger foyer and a w/c for visitors/guests. One bedroom to be made into guest room with ensuite. Sink unit to be moved under window in kitchen, for better outlook.Island fitted, in kitchen,(too much empty space at the minute) and laundry to have work surfaces and more appropriate storage fitted.
