    7x9 meters ( 24 x 30 ft ) Tiny House Oasis With 2 Bed
As you cross the threshold, the house envelops you in a warm and welcoming ambiance. The open-concept living and kitchen area defies the limitations of its modest size, embracing a sense of spaciousness that instantly captivates. Sunlight dances through expansive windows, infusing the space with an airy and cheerful vibe.
The kitchen, a culinary haven, boasts modern appliances and clever storage solutions, transforming meal preparation into a delightful experience. The living area effortlessly accommodates both relaxation and entertainment, proving that a small house can indeed live large.
Venture into the two bedrooms, where cozy retreats await you. Ingenious use of space ensures that comfort is never compromised, proving that good things truly come in small packages.
Now, let's talk about the pièce de résistance - the enchanting patio. This outdoor haven is a sanctuary of calm, beckoning you to savor your morning coffee, indulge in al fresco dining, or simply bask in the glory of the outdoors. With thoughtful landscaping and inviting seating, this patio extends your living space into the natural beauty that surrounds you.
What sets this small house apart is not just its aesthetic appeal but also its commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability. It's not merely a dwelling; it's a statement of environmental responsibility, proving that style and eco-conscious living can coexist harmoniously.

Beautiful house! Please stop the rapid moving of camera…makes it uncomfortable to watch.

I love the way it is .
If I changed anything it would be to in close the left front of the house ( shown to be used as a deck ) . I'd rearrange the floor plan to incorporate the extra footage to be used for a pantry / freezer & gun safe room .

I hate it when my comment disappears before I am done. Not bad at all--I have just started looking seriously for small home design. Sure, I would change various design choices but mostly, could the plan be flipped or reversed easily? I want a southern front with collectors on roof, eastern blank wall, western access from street, and back is a railroad but might be good for sitting out,
Loved the laundry pair and area, lazy would like dishwasher. Open windows and sights great but then curtains or translucent glass as these people here have to press their noses up to see in homes. Do want a tub and shower, elderly features, too. Would the shower window collect moisture and wood rot or vinyl scum? THANKS so much for this design.

Ridiculous camera movement; makes it difficult to put the rooms in perspective, and how many times were you going to continually pan over the bar area

Not a tiny house...it's small, quaint? But NOT tiny !
