Great discussion!! We settled for builder grade for a lot of the design pieces (still in the building process) but are excited to take our time adding in our own flare throughout the next few years!!! Based out of VA :)

We are Adding some nice touches but also doing builder grade in some areas. Keep it simple and get the house built and then over time you can add all the little touches you like. We should be breaking ground in June can’t wait.
