I’m absolutely blown away. 18 months in the making and what a result! The grain choice, the heart wood and sap wood tones, the Brusso hinges, the finish choice, and the pneumatic piston fit; absolutely amazing work. I’m sure I missed some details out of that list, but the whole thing was great. Oh, and your work shop, tools, and area you live and work are also superb too. Top notch video and very inspirational. Thanks for taking the time to film it, edit it and share it. All the best from the UK.
I find it interesting that you cut the groove for your drawer bottom first then you cut your dovetails. I will try this method next project. I like your work. very nice. Thanks for sharing.
I just found your channel and love your videos! Would love to pay for a more detailed instructional video on your process for a box like this! Can't wait to see more!
What a beautiful piece and such craftsmanship. Thank you for sharing your work, I will check out the website. I'm curious, is this your hobby or is it your vocation?
Frustrating that the replies to questions are not public. I was interested in most of them, plus I was curious about the brand of hinge. And yes, beautiful work.
German, I have been growing my skills in woodworking for a couple of years now, but can only aspire to your craftsmanship. Stunningly beautiful. May I ask the name of the plane you use at 3.00 minutes? I have never seen one before. Regards, Derrick
I know what you are saying but………………I’m 80 years old have still have all the OEM equipment working…………I have been guilty of not using eye protection, wearing open sandals, mowing the lawn in bare feet……….my kids catch me out all the time……….old habits die hard. All being said I am on your side, but I still live in the real world!!! Take Care!! Stavros

This is the best box-making project I have found on here. Excellent work.
I love the simplicity of the construction, as in how you incorporated the tray in as the alignment for the lid closing. Elegant!
