She will show you how to make the easiest, freshest fish recipe: ceviche. This dish is packed with flavor, super easy to make, and a perfect refreshing treat for summer. 1. Fish of Choice
2. 3 Limes - Fresh Squeezed
3. Onion (Red or Sweet), Diced
4. Avocado, Chopped
5. Jalapeños, Chopped (To your heat preference)
6. Red and Orange Sweet Peppers, Chopped (1 or 2)

Fish tacos, fish tacos fish tacos. I have been doing fish tacos more than any other way to prepare fish lately. I'll make a cabbage slaw and a sauce the day before I go fishing and after cleaning the boat and fish I cook up some tacos. It is also what I order when we stop at a restaurant by boat. To me, this is the food the Keys should be know for. I've tried the tuna nachos and they are good but not as good as fish tacos.

Glad Captain Dan pointed out that Piscifun reel, it made quick work of that large mutton. Hey Dan, wouldn't it be fun for you and Elizabeth to make some videos showing off the line of Piscifun Reels? I know Heiko presents them well but, I bet if both of you were sporting Piscifun Reels the fishing community in South Florida would really have to pay close attention to these up and coming saltwater fishing reels. I know that you and Elizabeth really brought the affordable yet strong Gomexus Jig reels to light not to mention the Goofish rods that are a game changer and affordable.

I've found that Cilantro tastes different depending on where you get it. Some I love and some tastes like soap. Great vid!
Smell it before you buy it then you can't make a mistake of it being crap👍
I also saw a video that said if it starts flowering, the taste changes. So, looking for signs of that is also a way to tell if it will be “off”.
Tell Dan to sharpen your chefs knife that was scary dull. Sharp knife's makes it so much easier and faster when making cubes.
