I love this townhouse!
The price for the home is not bad, what will get you is the property taxes. Could get a nice Brooklyn heights townhouse for less than half the price with cheaper taxes and to me a better location. Nevertheless, its a nice home, the parking is the biggest perk.
I just love those palladian windows. This is very sophisticated.

Strange place for the kitchen. All those stairs to climb with groceries.

Big and beautiful. It's almost as big as the townhouse I've designed on paper. It just needs to be a little wider and have two basement levels. I'm surprised it's as tall as I need it above ground. Most townhouses are between 4 and 5 floors.

Nice house but I really would like to see a home staging where it's not so clinical. Some color shouldn't detour buyers

this is a century old brownstone, modern furniture doesnt do it
They're designing all high-end properties in white. I guess it's to help make it easier to have a clean space for their for their decorators to go nuts.
