LOVE this apartment SO much that I've watched her give the tour on THREE different CZcams channels and watched them all, repeatedly.

Me too!! This is hugely influential for me! I rarely use the word love for inanimate things or objects...but l am going to say this...l LOVE this apartment so much. l am inspired by this look to style and accessorize my own home in Vancouver British Columbia Canada. And yes...l have watched this on other channels. The home is cozy, classic, comfortable , charming and sooooo elegantly stylish without being pretentious. Truly one CAN indeed live there for a LONG lifetime. Spectacular, amazing and.....may your higher power bless the owners with an abundance of peace and splendid times in your home of joy. 💖

This apartment looks so classy. I like its modern/vintage look and how afforable were the furniture/decorations.. It's shocking how much effort was put into this rental. It's a nice change from these all white IKEA style apartments that are everywhere nowadays.
Amazing how you brought contemporary NY chic, and old-world French charm together in your apartment. The sheer ceiling-to-floor curtains, rust-colored, velvet chaise, black & white kitchen tiles, and gold cabinet kitchen hardware were charming. The molding was perfect. Not too much, not too little. Bravo!
I adore the ELEGANT mix of styles; vintage, modern and everything in between...and OMG the art....the frosting on the cake! I also notilced all the mood lighting of the small lamp-genies!

The general style of this apartment (except for the kitchen) is exactly why I'd love to have. It's classy with a lot of old-fashioned details but it still has so much soul. It doesn't feel cold at all, which is tricky to avoid when you have a very stylised home.
OMGosh being a fellow New Yorker this tour pointed out things we all deal with in NY apartments. First, the window that looks out into nothing. It never occurred to me to put anything other than a curtain there! Second, the frame over the electrical outlet, especially one that sits high on the wall, PERFECT.
I love it. It has soooo much character and style. Love frames, paintings, everything has a touch of elegance and reflects the personality of the owner.

She has great taste. Very elegant without being stuffy. I'm always amazed when people make the changes/investments to a space when it's only a rental. But she's created a lovely home.
I LOVE everything about this, especially the integrated outlet and electrical box in the kitchen with both a frame and wall paint- I have never seen this before! Very brilliant!! We have a midcentury with some neat retro light switches and even the original older, non-working, thermostat that I wanted removed from the walls- but now I think how cool to frame them and preserve more of the vintage character! 😍

This is a stunningly beautiful place. I was stunned though when you said it was a rental. It sounds like you invested major bank in some renovations. Hope the landlord compensated for some of that.
So peaceful...i completely adore this atmosphere.
I love her advice to use every bit of space and "just functional" isn't it. My partner and I live in a pretty small space and since I love to restore and refurbish old furniture, we find a lot of our stuff on the street. We found a huge padded ottoman that sits like two people where the cushions can be taken off and there's tons of storage underneath. And the cushions can be flipped around to show their wooden side so it works as a coffee table. It was this really hideous microfiber fabric that was all gross and stained with a rather unfortunate pressed board fake wood for the legs/wooded side of the cushions. We made new wooden backs for the cushions and I hand dyed a cotton linen fabric into this super rich terracotta/rust orange color for the exterior and the interior is lined with the same material dyed soft teal, so both colors match a lot of the art hanging in our place. We can fit a TON of stuff in the ottoman, like right now we have all of our tools, sewing stuff, and art supplies in one side and the other has winter shoes and accessories. I think it's important to love the space you're living in.

Love this apartment. The decor and clearly you can tell she is in fashion cause she had some amazing pieces that were notable at certain scenes (Dior bag hanging off the bedroom closet door 👀 lol). Great taste!!!!

We added a small office in a wardrobe in our last house too. If you don't need a space for greeting clients in your office, it IS an amazing solution for telework. I had enough space for three screens, lots of notebooks (I like to handwrite my notes lol), and two drawers units. I had as much space as I did in my old cubicle downtown...

This is one of the most well curated spaces I've ever seen. Something about New York living, how people really lean into the history of a building in their esthetics --- it's so soothing and inspiring.

I love the classic vintage pieces and overall style, lovely! I wonder where you can properly eat when they have a couple of friends over? The small table in the kitchen or the white couch? The workspaces don't look functional....I personally find it often hard to choose between functional / beautiful. Anyway, love a lot of things about this apartment!
