Not justifying cammer, but I can see how that happened. The car cammer hit was in the left lane so would've had to stop behind the two stopped cars. Cammer probably thought that gave him a window to make his left turn, and took his eyes off the car. But as he begins his turn, the car cuts into the right lane without losing any speed. Setting up the collision. Don't assume what other drivers are going to do. Wait until you're sure, then make your left turn.

#1 Is there some reason why you just sat there staring at those two vehicles? There was no oncoming traffic, you could have moved forward to your left and made your turn at any time. Instead, you waited, for what? I think that's why the truck moved in front of you. You gave the impression you weren't going anywhere. #28 When there is a rise in the road ahead and you can't see what's on the other side, it's in your interests to keep your speed low enough to handle anything. You have no idea what's waiting for you on the other side.

The 5:33 video is a perfect case of why 16-years shouldn't be driving at all if they aren't old enough to understand the road rules and such then why are they driving if they can't make sure that it is safe to go, before anyone comments, I live in Australia, at 18-years old you can get your learners license, vote, drink alcohol, go to clubs, and have a part-time job, along with volunteering at conventions. In Australia, we have a strict statement of learning to drive as in you need more than 120 hours with both a driving instructor and someone who is fully licensed before taking your test to get the P-plate license before getting a full license, though If you are caught driving without a full license person in the front passenger seat while learning to drive you to lose your learners permit on the spot, car it towed thank you very much, even if it's your family's car it still gets towed to an impound lot, also you get chargers and your family still has to pay the towing fee and impound fee, and you still have to face court if you're caught doing something illegal like hooning which is a far harder on you as your wont be able to get your license for a certain amount of years and you need to have a clean police record for that job too that you just applied for, also did I mention in Australia we crush your car if your caught hooning more then once which is a much more expensive price to pay
