Are you able to obtain dark roast profiles on the Artisan 3e coffee roasters? I’m talking about profiles like that of a French Roast, a Spanish Roast, an Espresso Roast, etc.

Absolutely! You can roast to all types of roast levels so you can go as dark or as light as you want.
