Found out that their rest days are wed and Thur.
Open from 1:30 to 8:30pm

coz it's one of the nearer ones to me 😅.. went east coast lagoon and ghim mph this week.. but no vibe at all.. so quiet..so decided wait till more pp again

Love this video. I enjoy the Ngo Hiang stall. So many ingredients, again how do they prep. all these ingredients in such a tiny stall and yet do it so well. Crispy plus the simple and yet delicious looking bee hoon to go with it. Amazing! Always enjoy watching CKT no matter what. Looks yummy...👍
These old venders made all these Ngoh Hiang themselves.. it’s a tough life if one expects it to be easy.. it is indeed a trade that will be lost once these vendors retire. I see many stalls taking In standardised ingredients that’s been prepared by larger corporations. Like Chwee kueh. It makes it so much easier for the Hawkers but.. the unique individual tastes of each stall offers will no longer be available

Most cosy hawker centre, it is serene and like a small town area. The curry puff stall is nice too, dunno is it still around. Cai fan stalls are the best value stalls there for working staffs.
The curry puff is still there. 2nd shop from the left facing the carpark. The Kway Chap and duck rice there is good too. But always closed
I never went to this hawker center before, although I'm a Singaporean 😀 .. anyway tq for video ❤️👍

Hahaha.. awww.. well.. I actually did walk around a bit.. but it didn’t see any vibe at all.. so I decided to give it a rest as the Hawkers themselves wasn’t feeling that bright. Hope things return to norm in 2 weeks.. 🤞🏼
Hi, may I confirm (from video 9:15 mins) if the 来兴 CKT hawker is formerly from Whampoa hawker CKT of the same name in 1980s to 1990s. His Teochew father ran that Whampoa CKT stall selling $2 a plate, he occasionally helped the father at the stall before his NS. Both of them fried excellent CKT.
