Even with such fast moves he never broke a single sword which means how careful he is in battles. Inosuke and Tanjiro both broke their swords.

Zenko said he can only use God Speed twice(kinda like one for each leg, because after doing it the first time to get out of the rubble one of his legs were broken). He did it first to break out of the rubble then the second one to attack Daki.

Zenitsu definitely one of the strongest demon slayers of all time. When he uses his Godspeed, I'm pretty sure only a FEW people are faster than him, potentially even NONE. Imagine just how strong he would be if he gained his mark and SEE-THROUGH WORLD. HE WOULD BE FREAKING OVERPOWERED!!

Zenitsu is no doubt the fastest character. He mastered the first form and created a 7th. The fact that a new upper moon kaigaku couldn’t see it just shows how fast it is. Although he was demon for a short time.

At first, I didn't like Zenitsu's personality. Whiny, bratty, crying for useless things. I hate him, but... His courage, is splendid. Despite being scared, because he would get hurt, he did not hesitate one bit in order to protect the box that Tanjiro has. His courage, had me feeling like a lump in my throat. His character depth is breath taking.

Let's be honest here.... we all knew Zenitsu would be one of the strongest at the end of the show from the beginning. The second we saw him use his breathing style.

I mean considering that he's the only non Hashira that we know of to kill an Uppermoon on his own it's actually safe to say that Zenitsu at the least could fill the role as 'weakest' hashira. Honestly if Zenitsu's ever able to use the 5 other breathing forms with his 7th form Flaming Thunder God, he'd be more than capable of being a Hashira especially since he's the fastest only beaten by Uzui as far as we know
He doesn't even need to use other forms. As the sole bearer of Thunder breathing (Gramps and Kaigaku are dead) thunder breathing will now have variations of the first form itself. Maybe later on Zenitsu would have come up with 10 or twelve folds. But multiple folds attacks, godspeed mode, flaming thunder god are hashita level attacks already.
@@Krishnendu792 Actually that's incorrect, while thunder clap and flash is great against most demons, Zenitsu's body could barely handle using 8-fold and we already know that use of godspeed destroys his legs as shown in his fight against Daki, hell Zenitsu was close to dying as it was so Godspeed is more of a suicide move than compared to other alterations of first form techniques like Tanjiro's altered first form of water breathing
So him going 10-fold and beyond would basically be him asking for his legs to be useless before he reaches adulthood, and as stated all it takes is for an opponent to be able to predict his movements and no alteration of the 1st form or his 7th form would really help, Daki being prime example seeing as it took Zenitsu using Godspeed for the first time to even be able to hit her after recovering

I feel like the four (Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke and Kanao) should have been promoted into Hashiras before the Corps got disbanded..they killed Upper Moons and multiple demons (most of it is unseen on screen). Oh and I almost forgot, they have a huge participation in killing MUZAN (the actual Demon King).
That seems more like a formality than anything else, obviously they were already Pillar level, but in the midst of everything that was happening, Upper 5 and 4 being defeated, Muzan retreating, the whole Pillar training arc, the discovery of the Demon Slayer Mark and the attack at the mansion, they probably didn't care for the titles and were just focusing on leveling themselves. And if they were indeed named pillars, what would they do with it? The corps would have already been disbanded by then.
Well.... there were no need for that since there's no longer demon moons or demon king an if there's any other demons hiding in the shadows they will probably don't need a hashira to kill them
Having a feat of beating muzan is greater than being a hashira. Just saying
every demon slayer joined to kill muzan, not to attain the hashira title. Every hashira wasted their life to kill demons and muzan, whod want to be like that?
What I'm trying to point out here is that it's a title to be proud of. It's kind of pointless to promote them since they cannot kill anymore demons but it's like giving them the credit that they deserve for actually being a huge help.

I can't wait to see the fight between him and Kaigaru, Zenistu is a well known character we all known through out anime not to understimate. But what's makes is character unique is that he's not played out like the rest.

Oh man that Gramps moment is definitely going to get me when it's animated. It's so amazing that this series is so popular so we don't even have the worry(of most anime) that we'll actually get to see it animated.
Let's be honest here. Our three heroes continued to develop their strengths and shore up weaknesses in themselves as they faced ever tougher opponents and certain death. All three could've qualified to become a Hashira of the the Corps if Muzen somehow escaped. (Granted, if we go with the scenario that Tanjiro didn't receive the injuries he got in the final battle).
I don't think u noticed but out of the trio zenitsu is the only one who hasn't broken his sword throughout the series

Some cling to yushiro's words that it would be certain that zenitsu would have died against kaigaku a year later, and don't consider that yushiro might just underestimate zenitsu.
Even a demon can be wrong and since some have overconfidence they can easily make a mistake.
I just love how Zenitsu said “Sorry” before finishing Kaigaru indicating he was confident he has going to kill Kaigaru and come out ontop as the winner. Knowing he was confident that he was going to finish the fight.
Well since Zenitsu literally killed him without the demon even seeing the attack it is safe to say that he was holding back until the very last moment
I have a theory that zenitsu is the only human that actually has super power when using his breathing technique because in mugen train arc tanjiro could hear the thunder and when zenitsu breathes normally in entertainment arc lighting was seen which makes me wonder if he actually gained lighting powers when he was struck by lightning

That "breathing thunder" thing isn't a valid argument becuase at the end of the mugen train fire came out of tanjiros mouth when he threw his sword at akaza. They use total concentration breathing then moves like their respected element.
As someone already said, what Tanjiro heard was Zenitsu creating a sonic boom by breaking the sound barrier. Aside from that, i think breathings in general are a super power. I mean think about it, Zenitsu literally pushes the air away to accelerate himself when he uses Thunderclap in Flash whateverfold in the air.
He can use Godspeed twice until his legs gives out due to fatigue . Idk but it’s part of his inner dialogue stating how many times he can use said given ability. Keep up the great work. This team is always part of my daily rotation. Tyvm for all the bangers and cliffhangers

Just imagine he becomes the Thunder god hashira meaning his 7th form becomes permanent for a period of time, instead of just one attack. So he would be thunder godly fast the entire duration as if time stopped.
if the fight would have been one year later zenitsu would have surpassed tanjiro and most of the pillars(one year is enough to manifest a mark)....he has no valid reasons to join corps that is why he never took his training that seriously , he was also messing aroung in hashira training...imagine if he was as motivated as tanjiro from the beginning of series, he can easily become one of the strongest beings in kny verse..

when inosuke attacked muzan blinded by the rage because he killed countless demonslayers and tanjiro
Zenitsu arrives saving both inosuke and Tanjiro; saying at first that tanjiro's hearth was still beating and at the second to only breath to slow down the poison
Zenitsu is proved to be in Hashira level with his great speed and his Lightning Flash technique ⚡⚡⚡
If zenitsu gets self confidence he will surely be No1 hashira in future ❤

Honestly thunder breathing has the best animation look in the show, till now at least.
The lesson I got while listening to you explain this battle is "a house is only as stable as it's foundation", I love how Zenitsu mastered the first form, which he describes as the most important and the foundation of Thunder Breathing which Kaigaku could never master, it also explains why Zenitsu unlike Kaigaku can create his own forms aside from only knowing how to use the first form, because he's invested all his time into studying the very foundation of Thunder Breathing!

Tanjiro is high hashira level, inosuke and zenitsu are mid hashira level. But Zenitsu is the only one that actually qualifies to become a hashira since he beat a upper moon by himself
But it was against a rather weak Upper Moon still learning their powers. At their current skill level still learning their Blood Demon Art, Tanjiro likely could've beat Kaigaku too, probs not Inosuke tho

one thing never pointed out was that Zenitsu never developed the mark. So unlike Muichiro, he soloed an upper moon without a demon slayer mark which would have exponentially increased his powers, so much so that a year later, Zenitsu would probably instantly kill Kaigaku using the 7th form.
The one time, Zenitsu is serious, he's moving so fast that even the upper six can't see wtf is happening except that his neck is half-slashed. The speed and accuracy are just insane
his attacks are only accurate if his opponents aren't moving tho

I think just being a lightening breather puts him above the pack. I mean the ability to move at those speeds is just insane even with him refining the first form so far. Imagine his first fight in the series. I think he would have easily been able to bring down the Kyogai (Drum Demon) much faster and without much effort compared to the time it took tanjiro to do it. Although he does lack confidence I Think his breath style is really OP compared to the Others although plot armor dictates that it be weaker than the special abilities granted by the Sun Breathing.
Even if Kaigaku was given a year to master his Demon Techniques but you give Zenitsu a year aswell man could have done the 7th Form Twice in one fight. And just end the battle quicker the you thought.

In the end, Zenitsu can use more than the first form. He created his own, which only one Hashira has done. Truly amazing how powerful Zenitsu is awake compared to being asleep. He might be cowardly awake at times. And when he is asleep, he is brave and someone totally different. The fight with Kaigaru really showed his true form and his true powers.

I know it's been a while since you posted this but, zenitsu used the "thunder flash and clap-god speed" twice! Once to remove himself from the rubble he was pinned under, and the second against the upper 6th moon female. He even says he can only use it twice, and that if he cant cut her head off hes done for.

The idea that demon slayers don't actually have powers seems silly to me. If their attacks are only visuals for us, then the show has quite a few plot holes.

From when I watched the anime for the first time, I was really hooked to Zenitsu's character.
Zenitsu Theory : The Flaming Lightning Dragon is named so because it takes inspiration from either Kyoujuro Rengoku or Tanjiro's Hinokami Kagura which is why it is so fast that Kaigaku is unable to see it.
Wait...so is inosuke as fast as Zenitsu? Because when he was doing that god blitz thing, inosuke popped up and kept up with him, telling daki that he can move his organs around

That part was anime only. In the manga zenitsu was not shown to move (more like fly) over the entertaiment district. He was shown to be on the same roof as before when Inosuke pops up at the same moment of the "cutting" of Dakis neck (though Daki was dragged along the attack by a few meters). Time moves slow in anime/manga so maybe it was difficult to convey the same scene animated.

zenitsu looped around back to where he and inosuke were and inosuke jumped up at the right time. also zenitsu was slowing down
Zenitsu was dragging Daki meanwhile Uzui was fight gyutaro, Zenitsu was already pretty tired that was why inosuke was able to help him also if daki didn't have that ability zenitsu probably would slash her neck by himself
