Muichiro Workout: Training to Become a Hashira

  • It's been too long, but I finally got around to making yet another anime workout...this one being based on my new favorite Hashira, Muichiro Tokito! I absolutely love this dude, and this workout will be a mainly calisthenics workout focused on speed, athleticism, and endurance while also working on getting lean so we can take down Upper Moons like Gyokko. You can take around 1-2 minutes of rest in between sets and be sure to drink plenty of water and get that breath control on point! Enjoy and let me know what you think of the workout after trying it!

      So glad you love it man! Those two could deff work well together, and I think I might post my next one in latest a month (trying to do at least one a month, although maybe I’ll do another one sooner!)…planning on doing a JJK one possibly….

    Yo bro, I made a sanemi workout. You could make a Vedic on this one. 25 squats, 15 jump squats, 10 tricep dips, 25 pushups, 15 clap pushups, 10 pike pushups, 20 sit-ups and 10 V ups. All in sets of 3 (x3) Fin

    Hi I'm new yo smythe channel I wanted to ask do I have to flex my abs for every workout or no? Not just for the vid but in general

      Nah you don’t need to flex them for everything haha certain exercises it’s good, and maybe I didn’t quite say it right, but bracing the entire core is really what’s best especially for more complex exercises

    Does this actually work for a fat boy like me?
