I bought Gore-tex in 1990 coverall pants and coat for $450. I thought I was being nuts at spending so much money after working in Alaska my coveralls lasted 10 years working tunnels and many serious scares for cuts and still have the coat after 30 years I still use. Nothing else compares to Gore-tex.
i bought 2005 xmas one gore tex columbia ski jacket...normal street wearing 3 years..3 years ago is not waterproof...??????????nike shield technologies running shoes originaly is waterproof..3 month wear...is not waterproof....????????
