With 4TB SSD's not yet being the norm in machines, 128TB is a massive jump, even for business interests. The actual price will indicate whether consumer storage devices may see sudden large jumps for the same outlay.

As someone from the UK, i can see why GAME might stop selling physical games. Most of their stores are filled with more paraphernalia than actual games. Even the shop where i live had to shut down.

Yep, nature of the beast. We'll eventually get some more reliable devs down the line but so far it's very much the wild west of Yuzu yoinks. So far, at least Sudachi doesn't seem to be questionable, but is just slow with updates considering its a one man team
No. It was a specific problem with Yuzu and therefore with every project that is based on Yuzu. Other Switch emulators and developers are not questionable. In example there is absolutely no problem with Ryujinx and Nintendo can't do anything about it.

Tbf square enix does remove denuvo from their games nowadays, it usually takes 6 to 8 months to remove denuvo. The only few games I know from square enix that didn't got denuvo removed was final fantasy xv and guardians of the galaxy
I love the fact that the final version of Project64 Legacy is version 1.6.4.
I swear we’re gonna have at least 100 forks of yuzu to make “improvements improvements” by the end of the year.
I gave up on them and I have an actual Switch anyway. I'll emulate Switch long after it's end of life and when actual improvements have been made in many years to come.

What I'm infinitely thankful about is that alongside this final Legacy version, the Project64 Legacy devs also released Project64 1.6 Plus, which is essentially what is considered the best build of Project64, completely open source, which we never really had in official capacity before, which I'm a huge fan of because it's literally what I use to make my content, haha, I was able to make a few QoL tweaks to optimize my workflow
Legacy is more accurate to original hardware, whereas 1.6 Plus is less accurate which is perfect for rom-hacks and anything that might be too expensive for the console's hardware
Best of both worlds!

Gonna cost you approximately $10,000 or more to get it. Considering 10TB ones are near the $800.00 mark. You're better off getting three 20TB hard disk drives rather than 128TB SSDs if you ask me....But it's your choice, and we'll have to wait and see.

As someone who likes using storage media, I reckon companies need to research more into long term offline cold data archival methods. Right now it's still optical media or magnetic tapes with limited capacity.

@@SRC267cheaper only not more reliable. a good ssd has more tbw than a hdd would in practice. hdd tends to have mechanical failures pop up randomly. over the years I had many and it was ugly... i never once had an ssd failure. at least for ssd, i can just check the current tbw and will replace when it gets close to full tbw rate.

I saw some youtubers run zinux latest update and it seems it fixed some graphical bugs in some games like outlast 1 and 2 and witcher 3 no more line on the screen , but I'm waiting to see if this emulator will realy be better than the others .

Idk but Unreal is a weird fit for OG Halo, I mean, based in the models from MCC and some projects out there. It kinda looks generic, Blam! was soo greatly engineered.
I said it before and I'll say it again, Kingdom Hearts doesn't have Denuvo on Steam because it was already cracked on Epic
Hope it gets cracked every time it's implemented in any game really quickly.

I tried Ziunx. It's about the same as Yuzu so far. I don't notice any improvements. And the custom turnip driver it comes with crashes.

Nintendo beheaded a hydra. yuzu down and 10 more Switch emulators spawn out.
Yet none of them are as successful as yuzu. Can't you see all those yuzu clones are just trash and they didn't put anything new other than some stupid names. Yuzu's down was a big loss for emulation community. We have only ryujinx now

@@KeiDash-zs6df I think the Sudachi fork shows the most promise out of the Yuzu forks, and it's maintained by one person while the others have "Teams" and they haven't done anything meaningful. It's because they are ran by teens and kids.
I get Denovo makes your system use more resource, but I have yet to play a game with Denovo that gave me trouble running and enjoying a game

The Burning Rangers tribute game sounds interesting, that's one game that I always wanted to try since I was kind tired of hear references in some Sega games before.
No idea why Sega doesn't care in port or emulate Saturn games on modern consoles, only one that I know was Nights on the PS3/X360.

@@zerik_media Parallel Launcher seems to be the go-to nowadays. Utilizes the ParaLLEl core from RetroArch which is more accurate, and Mupen64 which is probably about on par for Project64 in terms of game compat.

You don't get banned if you did nothing wrong. You don't go to court if nothing happened. Simple as that.
Somehow Twitch paid his full contract despite banning him. If they had conclusive evidence he would've lost the court case instead of settling. My guess is he was indeed doing the thing, but unintentionally talking to someone underage (lied about their age) Twitch would then be at fault for not verifying the age.
You can't just settle a case where someone was messing with a minor, it's federal law. The person was likely lying about their age, hence the "I didn't do anything wrong".
Edit: Man deserves prison.
Also he didn't get brought to court, he brought Twitch to court for banning him. Big difference. I don't watch him but I do care about how people see issues, and "you don't go to court if nothing happened" is a fundamental issue in understanding. Innocent until proven guilty is the standard for a reason.
@@Spolt_main there is no law against settling for ANY reason. He was using twitch to hookup up with someone, that's doing something wrong even if the person was his age; it's an abuse of authority and power. It's called grooming.

He did add value for people who hadn't heard the rumors, but personally he should've waited. It's gaming related sure, but he didn't do the 30 minutes video on the background like Mutahar did. Personally I do believe he shouldn't have covered it yet, but more so because the damage to Dr. Disrespect's reputation would be irreversible even if it's false. I don't like the idea of an innocent person taking needless fire (which could be the case, nothing is really known about this right now). Innocent until proven guilty.
