Nice to hear you find away to keep church or the lords word in your daily tasks... I believe and always felt GOD is everywhere.. Truck...car.. bus.. In a hall.. Nevertheless God is always there no matter where we are and what we are doing.. People should pray daily ( not only when we are in trouble or in need)..

Great video. The meditation part about feeling anxious is great advice to people. That's the basic ( 5 why ) problem solving technique that gets to the root cause of the problem. Good luck on your journey on keeping God in your life, while also being a truck driver away from home all the time.

Hi Niesha! I am very new to your channel. I love the fact that you are Christian and doing what makes it work for you. I'm into some of the very same things in regards to podcasts, CZcams preaching/teaching the Word clips and audibles. Have you listened to Oprah when she's a keynote speaker or on tour? She drops the greatest gems when she's speaking at colleges.

Keep you nose in those scriptures and get the bible audiobook on audible (The one Narrated by James Earl Jones)it does wonders and helps you understand it while your driving and your mind is free to hear the word. But just having an audible account is a MUST have so You on point there. BUT sometimes listening to audiobooks can make you drowsy that's when I switch back to music at night. Also Language books are a winner. You'll be suprised how much you can pick up . Safe travels..

First let me thank you for sharing this video. I'm going to start training in September and my main concern is driving in the snow and on ice. Is there an option to only drive areas in the South or areas that doesn't usually have that type of weather? Also would you suggest companies that will not require cutting my hair for drug testing. Mind you I am also a Christian and I have no reservation or concerns passing any drug test.
OK next question: How safe will it be for me to sleep on the road; truck stops and rest areas. Please advise. Thank you.
Tina Rodgers Hey! You’re very welcome 😊, and congratulations! Concerning the snow/ice, do NOT be afraid. If you can drive a car in the snow/ice, then you’ll understand the object of being cautious when driving a truck (no it isn’t entirely comparable, but you’ll soon be used to it). Either way, yes there’s definitely options to drive in the south only (check out dedicated accounts around the Arizona Cali area). As for the drug testing, my company actually didn’t request my hair for the test, but my school did. I let them take the fuzz from the back of my head, nothing major lol (you should be fine). And then regarding safety, I won’t say that you shouldn’t be on the alert, but I personally haven’t run into any life threatening situations thank God. I do, however, schedule my day where I don’t have to leave my truck after it’s dark out. I generally find well lit areas to park, and I ALWAYS have my door locked. Nevertheless, I don’t travel in fear because I have faith that God will keep me safe, as will you! I hope this helps Sis ❤️❤️!

A female truck driver??? This is the most fascinating thing I’ve seen before. I grew up in a big city and never even knew any truck drivers. I just assumed they were all men. Why did you decide to do this kind of job as opposed to something close to home, like waitressing, nursing, etc?
