         In this PCOS-focused sequence, I combined yoga with more resistance-based exercises to help support blood sugar control. Which is super important for overall hormone balance.
    Want to regulate your period, promote ovulation, reduce facial hair, and drive down inflammation, insulin resistance, and testosterone? Yoga can help! It can even help to improve acne, hair thinning, and anxious thoughts related to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
    I hope you enjoy!

    Excellent practice! I was pouring sweat by the end, and I couldn't even do it all. I try to do vigorous practice like this several times a week to help with my insulin resistance then a calming practice a couple times a week. Thank you!

    I’ve been doing your 30 minute Yoga for PCOS pretty much daily for the past year and I’ve really enjoyed it and feel like it’s helped me and my PCOS (not to mention my sciatica). This one was definitely tougher in places but I really enjoyed it! This is going to be part of my yoga routine/rotation! Thank you!

    Thank you for this. Usually I struggle w stick with a practice but this was so good. It challenges me just enough for me to stick with it. I'll try to do this for a month at least. Than you so much, I look forward to seeing more such efficient practices from you. You're an amazing guide! đŸŒ»

    Hi there, I LOVE your channel. So informative but not overwhelming or dry! I have a question too. Is this particular yoga routine good for any phase during the cycle? I might have PCOS and am debating whether I should do this one everyday instead of the four clips you designed for the four phases ( which I have been practicing ever since I stumbled upon your channel a couple months ago!)?

    • @LiveFertile
      @LiveFertile  Pƙed 2 lety

      Hi there! So happy you’re enjoying the videos. I hope you’re able to confirm whether or not you have PCOS soon. Knowing for sure brings so much clarity around how to manage your symptoms. My advice for which video to practice is to listen to your body and have fun trying the different sequences. And remember, it doesn’t have to be all or nothing, or either or. What you need and want can change from day to day. This sequence is a bit more energetic than many of my other classes so it might feel amazing on days when you have more energy but not so much on days when you don’t. In my opinion, no yoga practice or pose is off limits during any phase of your cycle, though I do think certain practices or poses tend to feel better or be more supportive for specific phases. Ultimately, you’ll have to let your body guide you. Hope that helps! Be well!

    I had a doubt. There's a playlist of 30 days yoga challenge. After completing the 30 days challenge, from the next day i.e. from the 31st day should I start the 30 day challenge again(3-6 minutes daily) or should I start doing 30 minutes a day(like in the last video)

      Hi there! How often you practice this is up to you. You know your life, schedule, and how you feel on any given day better than anyone else. Nothing I share is designed with weight loss as the goal. It's simply not my focus. Be well!

      In general, I would say, they’re likely fine to do. Check in with your body and see how you feel. I’d recommend doing the videos I created for fertility since they were designed for that purpose. Be well!
