ââââ In this PCOS-focused sequence, I combined yoga with more resistance-based exercises to help support blood sugar control. Which is super important for overall hormone balance.
Want to regulate your period, promote ovulation, reduce facial hair, and drive down inflammation, insulin resistance, and testosterone? Yoga can help! It can even help to improve acne, hair thinning, and anxious thoughts related to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
I hope you enjoy!

Thanks so much for watching! Let me know in the comments below, do you enjoy more vigorous yoga or more calming yoga?
Excellent practice! I was pouring sweat by the end, and I couldn't even do it all. I try to do vigorous practice like this several times a week to help with my insulin resistance then a calming practice a couple times a week. Thank you!
Hi there! So happy you enjoyed this practice. Thank you for practicing along with me.
Iâve been doing your 30 minute Yoga for PCOS pretty much daily for the past year and Iâve really enjoyed it and feel like itâs helped me and my PCOS (not to mention my sciatica). This one was definitely tougher in places but I really enjoyed it! This is going to be part of my yoga routine/rotation! Thank you!
Yay! I'm happy to hear you're enjoying the yoga videos and that they're helping your PCOS and sciatica symptoms. Thank you for being a part of our little community.đ§đŸââïž

Thank you for this. Usually I struggle w stick with a practice but this was so good. It challenges me just enough for me to stick with it. I'll try to do this for a month at least. Than you so much, I look forward to seeing more such efficient practices from you. You're an amazing guide! đ»

You're welcome!
I had miscarriage 3 months ago... I have gained weight and my cycle is irregular... am trying to get back to myself , restore my cycle and get pregnant .. please pray for me...may it be helpful for me
I'm sorry for your loss. I'm wishing you all the best on your journey forward.
Hi there, I LOVE your channel. So informative but not overwhelming or dry! I have a question too. Is this particular yoga routine good for any phase during the cycle? I might have PCOS and am debating whether I should do this one everyday instead of the four clips you designed for the four phases ( which I have been practicing ever since I stumbled upon your channel a couple months ago!)?
Hi there! So happy youâre enjoying the videos. I hope youâre able to confirm whether or not you have PCOS soon. Knowing for sure brings so much clarity around how to manage your symptoms. My advice for which video to practice is to listen to your body and have fun trying the different sequences. And remember, it doesnât have to be all or nothing, or either or. What you need and want can change from day to day. This sequence is a bit more energetic than many of my other classes so it might feel amazing on days when you have more energy but not so much on days when you donât. In my opinion, no yoga practice or pose is off limits during any phase of your cycle, though I do think certain practices or poses tend to feel better or be more supportive for specific phases. Ultimately, youâll have to let your body guide you. Hope that helps! Be well!
Hello new friend here thanks for that very slow tutorial each move is so smooth. I'm browsing PCOS yoga and I came in here thank you mam looking forward to come back and join you đâŁïž thank you mam
You're welcome. I'm happy you enjoyed the sequence. Be well!
Sweatingđ đ .... COVID made me less flexibility but always make me feel good after yoga. Thank you â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
Yes!!! So happy you enjoyed this.
I had a doubt. There's a playlist of 30 days yoga challenge. After completing the 30 days challenge, from the next day i.e. from the 31st day should I start the 30 day challenge again(3-6 minutes daily) or should I start doing 30 minutes a day(like in the last video)
Do whatever fits your schedule. There's no right or wrong, simply what works for you and your life. Be well!
Do we have to do it continously like a month or daily practice aur we have to add other exrcise along with this please tell me ? Aur i can god for my routine exercise by doing this yoga let me knw m suffering from pcos and gaining weight want to lose weight its possible by doing this?
Hi there! How often you practice this is up to you. You know your life, schedule, and how you feel on any given day better than anyone else. Nothing I share is designed with weight loss as the goal. It's simply not my focus. Be well!
Which time we should do this youa
Hi there! Whenever it fits your schedule. It's a bit more active so some people might prefer it in the morning or afternoon. Everyone is different though.
@@LiveFertileok thank you
Can i do this asanas while trying to conceive?. I'm on my second day today
In general, I would say, theyâre likely fine to do. Check in with your body and see how you feel. Iâd recommend doing the videos I created for fertility since they were designed for that purpose. Be well!
@@LiveFertile thanks for the luv..
