😍😃Right from the,selection of tender 🐐meat,the proportion of more ghee and less oil ratio,adding powdered spices,red chilli 🌶powder ,shallots,🧄garlic,ginger 🫚pastes seperately blended ,lavish cashews,mint leaves 🍃 added to hot ♨️ghee,sliced big onions,big slices of 🍅tomatoes,whole green chillies.....wow what a sensational preparation of Dindugal kalyana,veetu Biriyani.Adding the meat after green chilli is cooked, is awesome!The addition of lemon 🍋juice is perfect🥰.soaking time of seeragasemba is very important!cheff &Yasin great combo!👏👏👏👏
