US, Israeli hostages seen in latest video issued by Hamas | NewsNation Prime

- Hamas released a new video that appeared to show two Israeli hostages who have been held in the Gaza Strip since the Oct. 7 assault on southern Israel. The video is similarly filmed to previous hostage videos which Israel has condemned as psychological terrorism. The two men, identified as Keith Siegel, 64, an American-Israeli and Omri Miran, 47, speak individually in front of an empty background. They send their love to their families and ask to be released. Correspondent Elina Shirazi joins "NewsNation Prime" with the story.

I found it on a Brazilian channel. Unfortunately, the subtitles are in Portuguese but from what I saw the two hostages were talking about how they missed their families and were sorry to have missed Passover; they are fearful because of the bombing; and they urged the government to continue negotiating for their release. It didn't sound like propaganda at all.
Yes..western media never shows the full video.Just picks the emotional "i luv you" part.They lways edit out the part where the hostages calls out the Israel govt.In this video he call out the govt as N@si.Thats why they can't show the full video.

Btw before Oct 7 there were thousands Pals taken hostage by Israeli, hunderts k every year. Isr controlled everything entered Gaza, money food, medicine.. Everything. How would you like the life of Gazans where most of them never had a chance to leave 141 sq mi land or even get close to the wired border?

I figured I'd see a whataboutism because these people just don't matter. How about, what about the people in the video? Does one negate the other? Is it not horrible? These people are Israeli American and Israeli. They had nothing to do with anything. The whataboutisms are dividing people. If you care for humanity, these humans matter. Btw, that number does not separate the ones who were not innocent, or cause of death. And the ones who control that number are not innocent. And you are lying. There are not 30k children who have lost their life.
Religions teach compassion and mercy and yet people have distanced themselves so far from it. No one wants to see their loved ones be held against their will. That is true for this family and for every Palestinian family who has their loved ones wrongly accused of being part of Hamas. "Do on to others as you would have them do on to you." If those in power would also take an ounce of this wisdom into their heart, then innocent people would not have to suffer and fall victim to this type of tragedy. To imprison one man is to imprison all their loved ones. And in this moment it becomes clear what all those Palestinians who have their children imprisoned by IDF feel. In this moment the families of the hostages on both sides have more common than they know to have been let to believe.
