- In this game of Civ 6, we’ll be playing as Lincoln’s America, or USA as some might call them, and the objective today is to try and beat a Deity Civ 6 challenge set to us by the lovely Zondagskind.
The original creator of the Civ Give challenges (as seen last year, on their channel and on Reddit) has put together a map with 5 challenges for us to get our teeth into. Can we achieve all 5 and still win the game in record time?

So this is what happens when you hinder Ursa in using builders in another game...he just comes back so much stronger. Honestly this game has just been a string of good stuff happening to you, and all those wonders build in excellent places. One could say it's the perfect game 🎯

After a couple of restriction challenges it's fun to see Ursa get to let loose. Hermetic Order were surprisingly strong this game too!
HO is so close to being a great society choice. I think if the first promotion unlocked a cultist like unit that could plant ley lines it'd push them right up.
They'd need to have very limited charges to not be overpowered but being able to "find" ley lines in useful spots would be such a huge upgrade.
I'd like to see that as a change - yes!

I just realized, Boudica tells you where barbarians are even if you do not know where they actually are, be it in the for of war or in the unexplored parts of the maps (or at least the tiles you discovered next to it)

I'm not so sure that building a +5 industrial zone before the medieval era really counts as building your first +4 industrial zone in the medieval era. Granted, I also don't think that it breaks the rule. If you build your first exactly +4 industrial zone during the medieval era, then you definitely have met the spirit of the rule. All of the other achievements use the wording of "at least", so the fact that the first achievement doesn't say "+4 or greater" or "in or before" is telling. It also makes me think that this particular achievement was designed with challenging Ursa in mind.
You may actually do so, but I have not yet watched enough of the video to know for sure.
I don't know that more than really matters but when I saw the list of things in episode 1 my thoughts of that "achievement" was that you had to wait until the medieval era to REALLY start making your Industrial Zones good!
I reckoned it was too much, too soon, therefore counted. Zond seems to have given it to me as well so I can't complain!

When you pop a great prophet, every city with a holy site immediately flips to your religion. You can wait, let the ai do as much spreadins as it wants, conquer away, and then BAMM you pop them late and suddenly 25 cities follow your religion and you stop a religious victory!
