No one ever mentions the most important one: if your symptoms are not progressive (beyond a certain point.) or are not constant it can't be some horrible condition. My symptoms went from horrible to doable and stayed there, that's how I knew it was anxiety.
Can you make a video about the after effects of anxiety. Mine has gotten better, however I’m now left with a very disorganized mindset. Months of the constant negative thoughts have taken a toll on my mind and now it feels like I gotta do some cleanup to get back to how I was before.
Did you feel sensation on upper left chest and Neck cramps now, I am also better now but these are stuck on also I encounter after healing 85% that I feel fear of doing which I didn't before so started workking on this.. Also I do journaliying my Bads and Goods everyday it's really Have some positive healing like my sudden burdens or gut fears all went of after I started writing about it😊

I had anxiety and panic attacks almost daily a year ago. I tried everything, even quit my job to focus on my healing. But I only got worse. Turns out, I am severely deficient of Vit D which is a hidden culprit for both anxiety, depression, and other diseases. And yes, the endocrinologist confirmed that nutritional deficiencies, especially Vit D, Iron, and B12 indeed cause anxiety and depression. I feel a bit better now through supplementation. So please, before assuming it’s just anxiety, get your bloodwork done and ask your doctor for nutritional blood panel. I’ve been to 20+++ doctors who said it’s just anxiety and the last one, a very good endocrinologist, asked for the Vit D test, and there, we found the root cause. She said anxiety and depression doesn’t just appear out of nowhere.
Since 2020 ive went to primary care doctor and psychologist and the psychologist said i had general anxiety disorder and since 2020 when i go for yearly blood work my hralth has only improved and iblost weight due to me wanting to br healthy buy i dis not f9r my anxiety. I lost 76lbs, and i felt better and more confident in general. I still deal with anxiety, but at least i know my symptoms are not based on health conditions
Yeah that's DPDR. Basically you've reached your stress threshold and it's your brain/body's way of protecting itself. You're not supposed to be CONSTANTLY focused on something. That's like working 24 hrs a day. Can't be done..
Shaan is it also likely this is anxiety if I started experiencing specific symptoms after a traumatic event? I was told what their symptoms were and about a week or so after, I was experiencing the same things and I have been for about 3 years now on and off. However, it’s been much worse lately and is basically constant.
Yes this is a MAJOR reason to be hit by the anxiety cycle wave. . It happened to me and was my spiral. My Dad died suddenly in my arms basically in August of 2022 then that next month of September is when I collapsed in to it

Although it's helpful, you don't need the mentorship. Go through all his videos and read Dr. Weeks book. It's basically living your life and accepting that anxiety is there. Take little steps to live how you used to live, even when you get symptoms. Eventually it'll go away.

At the beginning they pretty much are constant.
You always post as my mind is being tricked of that particular symptom
