I started weight lifting in 2016, and learning about nutrition. Even though I haven’t done much exercise other than a daily walk & occasional run over the last 3 months i haven’t degraded as much as I thought I would! 😅 Muscles have memory so once you’ve built them, you can maintain quite easily. Muscles burns fat while you’re asleep, so you’re laughing if you can put yourself through the building! Took a year to change my physique from squishy mum to super lean. Now I eat what I want & I just stay where I am pretty much (not as lean by happy!).
