Yes, Provigil, Nuvigil, sleep hygiene.
@@jessicah3450 yes as an answer is very interesting. None of those meds worked for me. Adderall helps but only till it stops like all the others. Glad you found some relief. Do you have type 1 or two?
Take melatonin and benadryl at night
