    PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
SANDCRAFT Motorsports has once again raised the bar! With over 1 year of testing we are proud to announce the brand new GEN3 carrier bearing. We have created and patented this new design to be a GREASABLE bearing while having 3 layers of protection to keep dirt, sand, mud, and water out. Our all new auto set angle & 2 piece design will lower installation time dramatically. Auto set angle has never been easier. It allows you to press the bearing onto the shaft and install with minimal effort.
Side loading the bearing leads to pre-mature wear and failure. The auto set angle eliminates this from happening to your car. We are the ONLY COMPANY in the world with this design so don’t waste your time with the copycats.
SANDCRAFT Carrier Bearings allow you to service your bearing by adding grease through a fitting mounted to the housing. The grease whip inserts into the housing, allowing you to run the tube up through your center console so that you don’t have to crawl under your car to add grease. Who likes working underneath muddy, dirty cars? No one.

did I miss where you replaced the roll pin with a bolt?

Couple issues I had. Only one of the long bolts they sent was threaded full length. Had to use a die and thread it the rest of the way. Also, had to loosen the front diff when going back together. Could not get the clearance to get the front diff to slide together. And lastly, had to file down the tab on the bottom where the clutch cover bolts on to get the rear shaft to fit. Maybe I just couldn’t figure out the tricks. But I got it done and really like the setup. He just makes it look easier than my backyard skills could pull off!

Love to know what part of the clutch housing you cut off because that rear shaft doesn't clear the belt box bolt boss and they must have changed them in '21 as I can't find that 3rd bolt on the scatter guard on mine. Then on the reinstall you switched from the OEM shafts to the RCR shafts nice bait and switch you run the stock shafts with a hard mount carrier you're teeth are going to vibrate out of your head !

Can’t shift the shield forward enough to get it to drop. I have an 18 turbo .

Complete bullshit !!!! I’ve fought for 4 hours and can’t get that stupid shield off , the hard lines that are supposed to give you “wiggle” room don’t even move. I’m about ready to pull the diff. Polaris has a shitty design

I have a 2014 xp4 1000 and only had to pull the 2 bolts that hold the carrier bearing. Like he says patience and I didn't remove anything up top either.
