It would be nice if you had took a before and after pic (side x side) of the angle correction.

Will this work with an ORB billet cross member on a 21 Pro XP? Will the bolts on the kit be long enough?

Yes and no. You will need to grind down the top plate on the Sandcraft carrier bearing to fit and get two m10 x 1.5 x 40mm bolts to secure it.
