Just an update: They refused to give us the name of the detectives involved and we will do our own research to find out who these guys are. In order to file a complaint you need the name of the person to complain about, otherwise the complaint will be unfounded. WE THE PEOPLE will bring public pressure instead of filing the complaint this includes posting this video on their Police and Facebook page to let the public know how they handle people who exercise their rights. If you want to express your concern call the number in the description box. Maybe they will wish they gave us the names so we could officially file a complaint form. Also part two will be posted here: czcams.com/video/a9dMygHZ0eo/video.html

Yeah theirs an actually problem here and that is the fact that the beat cop is probably clueless as too who went out where... The detectives and the beat don't always coordinate as well as they should... This is why I say anytime we see an officer always ask "Name and badge number please" I don't answer questions, Gathering contentment for a story no ill will and all the rest ...... Am I free to go..... But yeah always always always ask a leo that interacts with you for the name and badge number.... for just such an occasion.

When they start asking stupid questions without following policy, here what you do; Take control and say, "Cut! Okay, that was terrible. Go back and do it again but this time pull out your ID, politely say, 'Hi, I'm Detective Soandso with the Whatever police department,' like you're supposed to do, and then say something intelligent. You actually believe that they believe someone wearing civilian clothes just walking up to a civilian and claiming to be a cop, or acting like they're a cop is enough? So if somebody knocks on your door and says they're a police detective, you're going to believe them? You think anybody is? And you've never "called me out" about anything except in your own juvenile mind.

As far as I am concerned, this is an obvious run around the supreme court's ruling that they can't force you to ID yourself unless they have a reasonable suspicion that you are engaged in criminal activity. (See, Terry v Ohio, Brown V Texas, etc.) Don't make it easy for them to game the system.

It's been a little over a month since the videos came out when the Bryan Police Department were audited to determine if the Bryan police officers followed their oath and not bother someone that is doing nothing more than standing on a public sidewalk taking pictures. Some police officers believe that photography is a crime and that person usually is harassed or worse. The person is doing nothing more than exercising his first amendment rights.
It wasn't a surprise to the Bryan community that their police officers acted the way they did, very unprofessional paid thugs with tax dollars. The complaints were correct about the department we received. Racist thugs!
Just imagine the way the police interacted with two people in broad daylight in front of the police station is scary the way they can act and harass citizens. I really worry about the citizens of Bryan Texas on the streets alone with an officer from the Bryan police department. Just think how these cowboys must act on the streets? Bryan residents can tell you, the video shows you. I would be afraid to be on the streets at night with them. Since when do we pay public servants make us afraid?
I've done two previous audits on the Bryan Police Department. The first one I was contacted by a Sargent. I pissed him off and told him I didn't want to talk to him, step backed and filmed. The second time I wasn't there more than 20 minutes and they knew it was me and chose not to make contact.
I brought a friend with me visiting from out of town and I've stood on that same spot he stood on twice before and no one came to me. One officer leaving the parking lot took a picture of me and that was the extent.
What is different between Phillip and myself? Something has to be different for two off duty cars circling the block. Another city unit circling and two parked units just down the street. That never happened to me. You know what else never happened to me? I never had wanna be thugs that are clowns jump out of a car and start interrogating me or taking pictures and videos of me either.
Something is different? What could it be? Phillip and I are both males. He's younger then I am. Wait whats the terminology the police and government use now to describe a Human being? Oh yeah were both non Spanish persons. Hummm what could it be then?
Put one white person on the same corner two different times he gets one contact and two pictures taken. Put a young Black kid on the same corner he has no less than 22 eyes watching him and taking pictures and videos of him. That was Bryan police departments third audit in the same year white guy okay, Black guy no go, 10-4?
More to come but not now. I'll make a video of all the FOIA request I'm receiving from the city of Bryan and some dashcam and bodycams soon to be released. It's not over yet.
Here's something for you to think about if you watched the videos how many pictures and video were taking of myself and Phillip you think? The Bryan police department only had a few pictures of Phillip to release to me, no video was taken by the police and no pictures were taking of me either the City of Bryan claimed.
I've filed a complaint against the City of Bryan for not releasing all documentations. How do I know they didn't release all documentation? I have copies of the documents they claim they don't have.
    Bryan Police Department
    Address: 303 E 29th St, Bryan, TX 77803
    Phone: 979-209-5300
Ask them about all the pictures, videos and documents as to where they are at or who destroyed government documents?
The videos we did made the citizens of Bryan Texas very upset with the City and made the mayor upset. The had many call in complaints. They were also the laughing stock among police departments across Texas.
Bryan Residents need to get these jokers out of office. Clean house top to bottom.

The point that was proven is that the average LEO is a moron. Not to mention the whenever encountered they will outnumber, surround, and similarly try to intimidate you into backing down. When no other recourse it left and those encounters will not back down they will simply mock and follow. Ironically this proves they are the juveniles not the cameraman.
Add that they cover up for their own when an issue is brought up, the circle is complete.

Someone has to hold these idiots accountable for their actions as we all know Internal Affairs is just a joke department. It is clear that the first detective is trying to get you to do something when he sticks the camera in your face. We wonder why there are so many shootings of LEO's, well here is a great example. The arrogance from these detectives should be eye opening for Americans. Are these the real domestic terrorists?! Again, LEO's earning the hate. I hope you FOIA request the images from their phones! The Good = Battousai, The Bad = Non responsive Detectives The Ugly = The detective who started to ask you questions.
