I was informed by a subscriber that he was told by the owners (www.magirealestate.com/bpc-trinity-building) located at 10010 SAN PEDRO AVE STE 105 SAN ANTONIO, TX 78216-3854 that even though they lease the suite they can trespass you from the whole property and that includes the sidewalk that surrounds the place. Lets say you have a team of 4 or 5 people with cameras. 1 takes up position and waits for the doughnut eaters to make contact while the others stay out of sight. If the cops get stupid, call in for re-inforcements. Surround them with people holding cameras filming them.

It is not their property. Only the offices they rent that they control. The parking lot is common area shared by all tenets. Only the Property management can trespass you from it. They must have a written contract to do that.
