Congratulations! Most folks experience Sebenza/Inkosi thumb like you have. I know I sure did! You are correct in saying it will loosen up. Once it does you can fully appreciate the smoothness but not without paying the price of having some of your older knives you thought have great action feel a bit sloppy. Now you need a large Sebenza ........... I think Chris Serve k gives are worth the price of admission.

Beautiful work of art!! As I broke my Inkosi in, I noticed that I have to watch my finger placement. Try not to add too much pressure to the framelock side.

Cool! You got a tanto blade. How you finding it? I got my large inkosi insingo about 6 months ago and I carry it everyday with me. Everyone who trusts me around them I've shown them my knife and they think it's a unique and definitely not threatening. The next one I buy will be a Mnandi, hopefully.
I'm a big fan of tanto blades. Gives a bit of utility to your knife and also some style points if you like the way it looks! I'm currently checking out a pre-owned Mnandi that looks so nice!!!
