Boss: "It's just a dog, MAN UP!"
*"Everyone, John Wick, and the whole solar system hated that."*
*Boss lady gets a knock on her door, she answers it*
Boss lady: "What the hell!?! John Wick!?! What are you doing here!?!"
don’t forget the aliens! rslash didn’t go on a whole rant just for us to forget~
"Urge to kill, rising"
Pets are family, people that can't understand that are the absolute worst.
Honestly, I'll do as OP and let my emotions get out, but unfortunately for the boss, sadness for my dog won't be what will come out, but rage and a wish to literally tear appart the jerk who doesn't care for the mental health of the employees.
We need more teachers like Mr. Rolf. That guy deserves not only a huge raise, but also a medal! Wherever you are Mr. Rolf, I salute you!
Nah the lizard overlords are gonna give him a good life during his next reincarnation in the soul trap
I had a teach like that, Bo. He was old army, teaching the non neuro-typical students like myself.
He was always kind but he was always pushing our boundaries by pushing on our triggers like loud noises, touch, coughing without covering his mouth (always aimed away from us) because he knew if he babied us we'd be worse off for it.
Never realized it until I grew up and now I'm grateful for him. Easy top five teachers I've had.
I don't cry easily but that made me tear up
@@GamerGrovyle he was basically treating y'all like regular people:)
Absolutely. There should be more Mr. Rolf's in the world.
I admire that mourning dog owner. What a way to shame a bad person! ❤
Last story: Most Call Center systems have notes that can be put in customer's accounts...OP could easily stop Karen from calling back by saying that she's using a card that isn't hers and to ensure that the account holder only makes the order
Can confirm. In my case, authorized users could do it, but typically, only the account holder could do it. In extreme cases, I've seen special notes from the fraud department prohibiting certain types of account transactions due to sketchy account uses. In one particular case, abusing the warranty system to get a new phone for free.
Former call center worker. Can confirm. We will notate all kinds of negative dealings that will absolutely affect your future calls.
Yep, notes notes notes.
From fraud prevention in a bank, her name would also show up on the banks side and generally, if she isn't authorized to use the card from the bank, the charge will be denied. So even if op said ok, the bank would say no and call out to her dad. Either way the charge isn't going through (unless the bank has super lax rules or something)
Came here to say this. I would leave extensive notes on what we called the "Blackboard" explaining everything that happened on the call and would sometimes even take steps to block any payment being taken on the policy with safeguards we had in placr.
Story 3: Geez, if your response to being told that someone's dog died is to just hand wave it and tell them to "suck it up," your lack of sympathy and empathy makes you unfit to be a boss
If I were op i make my goal to ruin that boss
That boss got revealed as a jerk. I’m lucky my boss and coworkers were really understanding when my cat was put down last year.
@TheTinyDungeon sorry for your loss. My boss at my last job was an animal lover so that was one plus.
I don't think it makes you unfit. It sucks yes, but most companies don't consider animals as immediate family. They should have just called in sick.
Unfortunately common; when I worked in restaurants this was a common ideology because “work needs to get done and no one comes in here too see witness their servers problems”
what a beautiful teacher that guy is. clearly had some form of trauma from being in services but really seems like he didn't take crap happening in his classroom.
Tough and scary teachers are the best to bullied kids, i say that by experience. The fun teachers never do shit.
First Story: I hope that guy had fun moving all that sand. All of that could’ve been avoided if he simply helped OP out but he chose the path of darkness
Second Story: Some people shouldn’t have any form of power; this guy is one of those people. He really expected people to work for 15 minutes for free? Yeah no
Comment 1: Lmao what made these people think that employees will work for free for consideration? Lmao thats not how things work
Comment 2: I bet that policy was swiftly removed after OP's dad forced them to pay overtime to everyone there
Third Story: OP's boss didn’t just look like a momster, they WERE a monster. People who day "so what its just [insert pet] have no heart nor empathy. I see pets as family members. At least the boss's boss had empathy and sympathy
Comment: People like this teacher needs to get hired everywhere.
Fourth Story: All he had to do was just keep quiet and have a good time. Instead, this guy chose to rat his friends out and asked for things to be fair. Welp, now he got ripped a new one by his friends for being a snitch
Fifth Story: Well she wanted the call terminated so OP did just that. Can’t stand rude people, the employee is just doing their job
👏🏽 exactly 💯 👏🏽
with the first story, helping OP out would be helping himself out. OP just gets annoying phone calls, the dude looses money and tanks his business' reputation.
I agree with the fourth story, there are people who are so stubborn that they will do anything in order to achieve what they want, now look what his stupid argument cause, ruining his friends nigh cause he didn't want to pay two dollars for god shake, enjoy losing your friends and girlfriend
Me either 😒
After hearing how OP's dog died, I now have new plans today cause holy shit, new fear unlocked 😶
😪 i was stressed at that story, poor pooch. 😢 hope you ha e many more happy years with your fur friend.
@@yazajag oh, I have 5 furbabies to stress out about 🫠
Yeah...
I just lost my dog back on February 2. I know how that guy feels. I had her since she was 7 weeks. She was 11 and a half years. That guy would have been reported to HR. It was not "just a dog", they are friends and family. Losing them is like losing a child. My best friend is gone, and I feel so damned empty.
I got a phone number that was someone else's number obviously way too recently than it should have been put back out, I got people calling asking for "Robert" constantly and they're not always polite either. So I started being incredibly vulgar when I answer the phone... that largely seems to have worked.
I'm Robert what was their message?
....what..... what kind of vulgar 💀
@@rabnessmonster25 Stuff I can't say on youtube without my comment being taken down. But typically just a string of random slang terms for body parts, they hang up, they call back, same thing. I tried being nice when I first got the number, I'd get a voicemail from the school advising me my daughter wasn't there today (I don't have a daughter), I called them back, whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude despite the fact that they're the ones calling me in error, and a couple other places that called me that clearly didn't get the memo that Robert has a new number who were rude, so I stopped making any kind of effort to be decent if its a number I don't recognize.
I was so pissed when I'd go to Safeway, Home Depot, many places that use a phone number for rewards programs to find some Devon guy had my new number previously and was signed up everywhere so I couldn't register.
A coworker of mine got the old phone number of another ex-coworker from the same company.
What are the odds, and apparently there was only hand full of weeks in-between.
The one who had the number first left the company before the person who got it again started at the company
They don't know each other and the number was cancelled for a few weeks max
After those two sad dog stories, I'm glad you were able to make such a good joke from Mr Rolf, he's one of the best teachers I've heard of
Oh God I feel the guy with the dog. My childhood cat got hit by a car and my boss was literally "so what it's just a cat". I grew up with this cat and she was basically like another sibling. God it was horrible.
And when I say I grew up I don't mean we adopted her the normal route at like...age 10 or whatever. We had her mother who came to us while pregnant and we kept one of the kittens when they were born when I was about 7 or 8 and she passed when I was almost 20 so I GREW UP with this cat.
I lost a cat a few years ago to something similar, and I'm an adult. It doesn't get any easier.
My friend's cat in HS died and we were crying on the train and one of our friends did the "so what, its just a cat" and we all gave her the 'i cant believe you, stink eye while crying. Its not just the fact that ita a pet, animal, pur friend and family, but also the disregard of a prsons feelings. If someone is grieving or crying, its just wrong and meam to disrespect their feelings of loss. Just lost my Chad last year he was 22 so old age but i still miss him and my ex's cat Sterling he was so sweet and that was years ago. 😢 🐈 🐕 😇 🌈 💕
It grinds my gears when non-pet lovers tell us pet lovers "it's just a cat/dog". I will throw hands if someone says that to me now.
@@vampyrelilith literally for me it’s like losing a human life
@@vixa__J Oh my gosh same! I live for my fur babies. My husband and I will blow through savings just to save them if it comes to that. Hell, we bought a house for them! Had we not had many animals we would probably still be renting.
If when my dog passed a few months ago my boss would have made me work I would have quit on the spot that dog was my baby she was with me from my teenage years till 31 I loved her
Sorry for your loss. Yes our fur babirs are our family not just pets.
The joke about Mr Rolf was so cute 😭❤️
Ikr? The story was so sad, that joke was one of the best placed jokes to lighten the mood. Made me laugh. A weak and sad laugh but still, an honest laugh. Made my evening.
I got all choked up with the story about Mr. Rolfe, because he reminded me of my favorite high school teacher, Mr. Friend. He taught social studies, and went off on a few loud tirades at dumb jocks who wouldn't take the class seriously. But he and I stayed in touch long after I graduated. I'm still torn up over how he died young (49) from a heart attack.
With the last story, I have worked in customer service... EVERY CALL GETS RECORDED. Also notes are always left on an account, so if she did call back and try that it would have been noted on the account. It could also be forwarded as fraud to the police so no she couldn't call back and just leave that out, also the name on the card would not match her name so also wouldn't work. As you would say, don't mess with the guy who holds your account.
I love that first story. What was the guy who used to have that number thinking? Basically, you told a person who you wrongfully have identified on your website as you, to f*ck off. Honestly, this ending was predictable, but still satisfying and hilarious.
I recently lost my beloved pitbull. She was my world. My child. Losing her is the hardest thing I've ever done. I've grieved her for two months. And I know I'm not done. I miss my baby.
I'm so sorry for your loss.
Sorry for your lost
I was sitting here crying when that poor op was talking about thier dog. Having flashbacks to finding my cat under my bed in a similar state of having crossed the rainbow Bridge. I cannot imagine being productive in any sense after that kind of shock and pain.
So sorry for your loss. I just also lost my kitty and still miss him its been a year almost.
🐈 💕 🙏🏽 🌈 😇
@@yazajag I'm so sorry, everytime we lose such a dear family member it's it's own special kind of grief. Anyone who says an animal isn't worth grieving over should never be alowed to adopt an animal.
@Jadedfox717 thank you 😊 yes i totally agree. They are the most loving and cool creatures i look forward to hopefully gwtting another furbaby soon. 🥰
@@jadedfox7177 also very cool name 😎 👌🏾
On the last story, I used to work in a similar situation where we had to be speaking to that card holder. When we got to the point where we had to ask, people who said they weren't the cardholder would predictably get angry. Some even tried badly to change their voices while one the phone. The normal response was for the call to end and the representative was supposed to make a detailed note of the interaction for the next rep to read and then send an email to the fraud team to keep an eye on the account.
i love when americans read out clearly british written posts like the 1st because our lingo sounds so goofy hahaha
Didn't that post say he moved to Australia not England?
I lost my great grandparents to cancer, it's okay to grieve when you lose someone you care about.
I’m so sorry for your dog op 😢
Me too op😢
Story 1:
Dude: “Sort it out mate”
Dude later: “I don’t like sand, it’s coarse, rough and it gets everywhere”
Now I'm imagining Darth Vader wearing a hard hat & safety vest on top of his outfit.🤣
I hope everyone has a teacher like Mr. Rolf in their past. Thank YOU, Mrs. Salamini.
Mrs. Castellano was the absolute best. We made her a nicest teacher award.
The dog story really got to me. I know a dog who passed in a similar manner. She got a hold of a packet of pita bread of the counter. Her owner tried to do CPR, but it was too late.
This is why all my bread products live on top of the fridge.
That's terrible 😭 how traumatic for that person. A family friend found her cat in the dryer after she was doing laundry, I can't even imagine. I've been vigilant to keep my cats away everytime especially one who is really interested in jumping in. I'm overly vigilant about it.
@🎼Mrs. Self Distruct geez thats so horribe im so sorry porr kitty 😔🥺
How does pita bread kill a dog? Sorry if I come across as callous but D:
@@SCP01986 she got a hold of it and tried to swallow huge chunks that got caught in her throat and she choked to death
@@Hybrid301 Oh no, how horrible. Thank you for explaining, the poor thing
The dog story reminded me of
when I had a manager who thought taking a sick day to bury my beloved bunny wasn't acceptable. She was stone cold unsympathetic saying it's not a sick day, and suggesting it's just a rabbit. I told her, that aside (heartless bitch) I found him dead at 2am and had gotten no sleep, had to put him in the deep freeze. Then, got to bury him in 97° heat so yah, it all made me ill. I didn't give her all that detail but she made me take one of my last vacation days when I had tons of sick time as I barely called in. This taught me to not be honest next time and be like everyone else around the office who always abuse sick time. That was seven years ago and I still miss my Boris Van Bun Bun. 🐇❣️
Story 2: People work for the time they paid for. That's just how it works. You don't dock more time than late time.
And his response to being chewed out was to try to get OP fired through BS reasons shows how unfit he is for the role.
At my job, if you show up a few minutes late, you just take a few minutes off of a break, or work a few extra minutes after you were supposed to leave. I had an 8-4:30 shift and I got there at 8:18 because I accidentally slept too late, just let my boss know, and left at 4:48 and nobody cared
I had a job like that once. If you were more than 1 second late to punch in or out, it was 3/4ths of a "point", it was 1 point if you missed the whole day. I commuted about a half hour to that job and it was a miserable one, their stupid policy resulted in me more than once realizing I was going to be a couple minutes late, so I just turned right back around on the interstate and went home and took the day.
I worked at a video store in my early 20s and my childhood dog had died the night before my shift. He was the puppy of my 1st dog born when I was six. Died when I was 21. I called into work, thinking all the time I'd covered so people could party on friday nights, someone would cover for me. Not. One. Person. I sobbed my entire shift while helping customers and customers were pissed...at my team. I got lots of hugs though from sweet old southern ladies. I never covered another shift for anyone no matter what. Eff all of them.
I still remember my old French teacher from high school. I too had just lost my dog, the night before, he was my childhood dog who I had since I was 3, we grew up together.
I had her class before lunch and when everyone was leaving class, I burst into tears, not being able to hold in the pain anymore. She had let me stay in her room during lunch period and shared her secret chocolate stash with me.
There are bitter, angry people who teach, but there are also plenty of kind, understanding individuals who are teachers ❤
"It's just a dog/cat/whatever critter." Is fighting words my mans. Every dog and cat I've ever owned has been family. They're never just a pet.
Story 2: I had a boss in a frozen yogurt joint who had a similar attitude about my grandpa's death. He spent more time complaining about me leaving early and forgetting to clean the stools than acknowledge that there was a death in my family! I quit without giving him 2 weeks notice, and he threatened to call my 2nd job to tell them how horrible I was.
At my previous job, there was a boss before mine at the time who was a horrible micromanager. He wrote up a software engineer for coming in the door at 8:02 instead of 8:00. Some of the engineers just straight up walked out and quit because of him. He was transferred to another part of the company later, and we got a new manager at the time who was actually really decent.
One of my first truisms came about 2wks into my job:
_"The best way to turn someone into a clock-watcher, is to force him to _*_act_*_ like one"._
Or put more succinctly, you *want* 9-5?, you'll *get* 9-5.
Forget about "extra" (ie, free, unpaid) time to get things done or meet deadlines.
I had a cat who've I had since he was just 2 years old. My older sister rescued him from her ex-boyfriend who didn't treat her nor the cat right. From the moment they came home Snare, the cat's name, became my cat. I helped him get over what had happened to him. His wounds from stress licking healed and after his trust towards men had been rebuild after it was broken by the person who was meant to protect him.
12 years of him being not only my cat but my fur baby.
12/23/2020, a date I'll never forget. I still remember that day was told by mother that Snare had stopped eating and drinking. He was already 14 years old at the time. I just put my morning cup of soda up, went to find my baby, took him to my room and just filmed his last video. I told my mom that I didn't want him to suffer and made the heartbreaking call. That night just before midnight I lost my best friend. My heart was ripped in two that day and 2 years later I still don't remember what I did to get through losing him.
If someone told me to get over it and that it was just a cat, I would be screaming and crying, swearing. Snare WASN'T just a cat. He was my fur baby! He got me through a lot of shit in the past and I helped him get over his fucked up past that shouldn't have happened!
After he was rescued Snare lived the life he should have always had. A family that loved him, and a girl who still after 2 years still misses him.
I had the issue with a former friend when my dog died. She told me the same thing, it's just a dog. I was crying at work, our other coworkers went over to try console me, telling me it was okay to cry over his passing. A different coworker went over to the former and told her I was crying; my former friend came back and said she was sorry over his passing, but she only did it because some else made her, not because she cared.
Then she wasn't a true friend after all and im glad you cut your friend out. "Friends" that say sorry because told them are fake and don't care about their words and actions
@@Lucky-Nick123 When her husband cheated on her I was the shoulder she cried on. She could not give me the same courtesy when I needed a shoulder to cry on; instead she told me it is only a dog and you can get another. Wished I could have told her, if your daughter dies, you can always have another.
@@catlillith that's good reality check hit but it was for the best you didn't said that. I don't know why, but if your friend had a pet on her childhood maybe she wouldn't be so rude.
@@Lucky-Nick123 she told me she was chased by a dog when she was a child. Her fear comes from that experience. I too was chased by a dog and bit, but I still love them.
Oh my absolute God that story about finding the dead dog made me nauseous. I can't think of a worse accident to walk into as a pet owner. I feel terrible for the OP. Oh, and that the dog panicked. It's too early for this. The OP is not at fault, and I hope that they aren't too hard on themselves.
Last story, I'm pretty sure she has to tell everyone the name on the card. I don't think they can run the card number without knowing the name.
I wish I had a teacher like that... those stories hit hard. When I was around 5 or 6, I suddenly lost my duck, which was my favorite animal I had. Being young and unable to fully control my emotions yet, I burst out crying in the middle of class. My teacher took me aside and asked why I was crying (NOT what's wrong). I said my duck died and I missed her. She then said that wasn't a reason, you can't love a duck like that, and forced me to lie to her, saying I was crying for attention.
Still remember that almost 20 years later
I know a bit of how that is 0:37. When I first got my phone number back in April of last year, I would occasionally get enough prayer for travel agency from a prior purson to the number as well. I would usually tell them this is not such and such, and to remove my number from their list.
When I got my phone number, It got calls from people trying to reach the previous own all the time... one time a preacher of some sort called me... I'm not particularly religious myself, but I have studied many religions... he started trying to preach to me, so I grabbed a random religion book that just happened to be written by "Anton Szandor LaVey", turned to a random page and started preaching back 😀I have never been hung up on so fast in my life 😀
Losing your dog hurts. Losing your dog and dealing with the guilt of feeling like it's your fault that your dog suffered at the end though...I know that pain. It's utterly indescribable. I can't imagine what I would've done if I'd gone into work right after I'd lost my buddy and somebody said some ignorant shit like that boss did.
My cats are my world, man. When I lost my babies I was devastated like I’ve just lost an important family member. They were my family. Hearing people tell me “get over it it’s just a cat” really broke my heart. When will people realise just because our pets can’t speak to us, doesn’t mean they’re not living beings who are really important? 🥺
I hope that everyone is having a good Wednesday!
Happy Wednesday. I hope you're day is amazing.
Im having a bad one
@@bigtitmaster Sorry about that, hope it gets better
I DONT
I'm sorry you're having a bad day.
I hope tomorrow is better. Be strong. Nothing stays the same forever.
"Man up, it's just a dog" is the most scummy thing you can ever say to anyone, and the person who says that deserve whatever is coming to them
My primary school teacher was an awful person, who hated children. She yelled at me and essentially taught me, that bullying me was okay and normal.
My grandma died and I was in school needing to go to the bathroom. My teacher asked me, if I wanted someone to go with me and I could choose anyone from class. I chose a girl, went outside and suddenly broke down crying, because I missed her. The other girl comforted me and we went back to class. I didn't go to the bathroom.
I assume, that my mother warned the school in advance. So my teacher knew about it. I must have looked like I was about to cry, but the odd thing is. I really thought I had to go to the bathroom...
I thought for years, that I didn't cry at her funeral even though I was very sad. But my mom said, that I did. Since my parents were very close to them, they were grieving a lot. My dad had a breakdown, because it was his mom.
They had no capacity to help 3 kids grieve. So they asked 3 close friends to each help a specific child. I will never forget, that on that graveyard a super nice old lady from church took me aside, hugged me and prayed in my ear. I will always remember it to this day.
When my grandpa followed his wife many years later, I was heartbroken. We celebrated his life and even though I'm scared of public speeches I told everyone, what he meant to me, and that when my grandma died my mother told me this:
"Grandma is in heaven right now preparing coffee and cake for tea time for when we come." I told all these people, that I believe, that she needed help setting up, so grampa came to help her.
I still miss my grandparents years later. They were good people. Grampa would always ask my mom how I was doing and he was prouder than my mom, when my sister became a doctor.
I always wished, that my grandma was still alive, because she had similar health issues and I could have benefited from her experience...
In middle school, I had to go to school the day my grandpa died, just an hour after I found out due to school absence policies and already having been very sick earlier that year. I spent most of the day sobbing in my seat and even the bullies didn't bother me that day.
My sisters had a old teacher that was a veteran too. They have a lot of good stories about him and how he was a good teacher. He was real dedicated to being an educator, he was way into retirement when I went to school but would still come tell stories and read to the kids. He would let us know fun facts about things and in a way taught us life lessons in a a way so that we'd understand. He passed away and our auditorium is named after him. He was involved in the school for as long as he could be. Wasn't my teacher but I only ever hear good things.
I've always wondered, on the videos where you give op advice, do you put that advice on the original post or just say it on the video?
The dog story had me SOBBING. 2 years ago my leopard gecko died in almost the exact same circumstances.
Geckos eat their scales when they shed, and Leo (my gecko) happened to be going through his time of the month to shed. Since he's done this so many times, I had no reason to worry. I woke up next morning and immediately went to his tank to check on him, because I always loved to admire his vibrant new scales. He was dead, still halfway through tearing the scales off of his tail. He choked on his own scales in the middle of the night, while I was asleep. I don't think I ever cried so hard. I got the next few days off of school, and for the longest time I felt like I could have done something to help. To this day I still dream he's still alive, only to wake up without him. I dream that he and my current bearded dragon, Monke Bread, live in the same terrarium and are best friends (although I know that putting a bearded dragon and a leopard gecko together is a horrible idea. It's a dream, they never make sense)
Point is, that story hit me hard. I don't know what I would have done if I was forced to go to school on that day. February 15th, 2021. I miss you Leo. You were my first lizard, and my son.
For that last story I doubt she's smart enough to even realize that he revealed that to her. But God damn that had me laughing so hard. I work in customer service and that story just gave me the chills and had me giggling It was so good.
best one from a call center i heard about
guy would not take no one can come to monday to fix his internet
told staff was not hanging up untill he got a time for today
staff said ok we try something of the book go to your phone master input, pull out the socket and then replace it (caller was on a land line)
Shoutout to Mr. Rolf. What a king.
Mr. Rolf reminds me of my old high school teacher, Mr. Davies.
He was ex-military, and was absolutely intolerant of slackers or bullies, but he LOVED animals.
When my cat Layla died back in 2011, I was ugly crying and literally shaking with grief. She was 6 years old when she passed.
She'd been hit by a car while out on one of her nightly strolls, and I stayed by her side in the vet's office until she drew her last breath.
I came into school the day after, obviously looking like shit.
I told Mr. Davies what had happened, and he took me out for coffee at the local Starbucks when school was over.. He told me he knew exactly how I felt, and that I should never be scared of death.
Thanks to him, my life has considerably improved.
Wherever you are Mr. Davies, I just want you to know that you're an absolute legend, and I seriously hope you live your life to the fullest.
Hey nice vid
goodmorning everyone!
Good morning!
Alright, the story with he teacher got me. The day I lose my childhood dog I'm going to be a mess. Having someone help like that is something we can all hope for.
I salute Mr Rolf
The first story kinda happened to me when I got my first phone at 12, my number belonged to someone called Ray the propane guy before it was mine. And people kept calling asking for ray, it got to the point when I told them they were talking to a child just to get them to stop. One day the calls stopped
I love these videos
In Australia, there's two types of tradies... Those who go to bunnings sausage sizzles and love a good chat before work... and those who don't, who go to work grunting and groaning, b*tching and whining all day long
I love good chats 💓
At my old job, I would always arrive early, get my till, count it, and be ready to hop on when needed. I didn't get paid for when I got on early, but it was fairly busy where I worked, so I did it to help out my coworkers. (we had 15 minutes from our scheduled start time to count our till and then jump om an open window).
At the time I lived with my mom in another city, the bus going to this city stopped at 10:45 am and didn't start back up again until four hours later.
We had a half hour at the end of our shift to count our till. If I counted fast I had just enough time to jump on a bus to connect with the last bus to my home city.
Well, the new management didn't like people leaving a couple of minutes early. So when enviably missed my bus, I hung out at work for four hours until my next one. I wasn't about to spend money loitering in a coffee shop when I had access to free tea and coffee at work. This, plus no longer starting work early and just standing in the front room in view of (rather annoyed) customers for 20 minutes got them to give me a pass pretty quickly.
There's a tale of a Chinese legion leader who was late reaching his destination. The penalty for this was death. He realized that the penalty for attempting to overthrow the Emperor was also death.
That was how the legion leader became the new Emperor of China some years later and a really stupid policy went away.
This is the earliest I’ve ever caught it!!!
I was waiting for this
As a long time dog lover, I have a bone deep loathing for the phrase “just a dog”. My two precious pups weren’t simply dogs. They were my very furry four legged brothers. I grieved their deaths same as any family member.
For the last story,
It’s important to note that the Karen would have not been able to call back as a different person due to current phone call authentication standards
That grief story hit me like a truck
I hate that story about the dog... the same thing happened to me almost a year ago now. Except for me, my boss told me "dogs are property, not people" and there was no one, coworkers, customers, or otherwise, to sympathize with me.
"Roff, roff, roff, roff, roff"............Nice one dude
Story 1 reminds me of what happened to me and my mother, my dad used to do independent trucking with a friend who owned a business (but stopped years ago) and sadly passed away a few years ago. Years later my mom who still has dad's email (pictures and other important things) noticed notifications about some trucking information and when are people getting their rocks and material, my mother classed these people (not the people who use the email) and told them about not having anything for them because there no work. We discovered someone was using my dad's email for their trucking business. We do not know these people and there from a different state, my mom called and told them that they are using my dad's email in their business and they were getting defensive/threatening my mom being my mom didn't take their crap and she got this fix with a lawyer (didn't went to court) and got the email fix as well.
Here so fast! Thanks for the video rslash!!
I can't stop thinking about John Wick with all these dog stories.
You forgot to update the time stamps. The time stamps in the description are from yesterday’s video.
I think this IS yesterday's video. I heard all of these stories extremely recently. Either that or Reddit is really slow right now...
@@kespeth2 yeah these are the same vids
@@kespeth2 I think this is a different video from yesterday, he just copy and pasted the description from yesterday’s video and forgot to make changes
This is a very emotional episode for me. Wow. Talk about the feels.
The ROLF ROLF ROLF ROLF ROLF made me chuckle!
Pure gold that pun was! 🤣
Last story: name of the cardholder has to match. Karen has to give the correct name or the order can be flagged and blocked.
Read up on PCI compliance if interested or have insomnia.
When my dog died my boss gave me the day off without me even asking. He was pretty cool.
Hell yeah perfect timing, time to continue my yearly ritual of watching rslash while eating lunch
first story tripped me out cos my name is finn and im australian….
Wtf 8 comments in 26 seconds????
Weird how so many “managers” simply do not know how to manage, yet they keep their jobs.
I got this downloaded because I'm flying out on my birthday today and I want to be able to enjoy this while flying. Thanks RSlash for the wonderful videos you make each and every day.
I totally understand the first story. When I bought my own phone with a new phone plan and number, I would constantly get calls from people thinking I’m Club Above. To this day people would still call my number thinking I was the club and responding with “If you’re looking for Club Above they changed their number years ago”. You’d think to this day they’d change the number on their websites and address information.
"I'd hope you have enough respect for your coworkers" said the manager, while having zero respect for any of his workers.
not me actually laughing at rSlash's Mr.Rolf joke
Maybe the party bus needs a rist band.
I was in the office when I was notified that my cat of 24 years had to be put down after a stroke... my supervisor tried to write me up for looking at my phone. Once I told her what was up, she retracted the write-up. Pisses me off after the fact but at the time, I was broken.
Just what I needed
Lol the rolf joke was so good 🤣🤣
My crush came into work after finding her per dead that morning. It wasn't even a week later (only like 3 or 4 days) that she told me her stepdad was threatening to get rid of all the stuff she'd use to take care of the pet. I wanted to ask her if she would give me all the stuff so that I could hold onto it for her but idk we're I would have put it. The trunk of my car?
Last Story: rSlash makes a good point, but that's why the company taking the order makes notes in the customer file.

The op in the second to last story should do every one a favor and do a noose dance.
