Their fight turned physical, and then the plaintiff got arrested. She’s suing for false arrest and pain and suffering. The defendant argues the plaintiff never returned her vacuum. She claims she fought back in self-defense, so she’s countersuing for pain and suffering.

Trust me! Happened to me. My bf at them time kept allowing thr neighbors to borrow our vacuum. I was upset and nagged abt it. Once they broke it, all shoulder shrugs then apology from my bf bc I was right🤦🏿♀️. Bf bought me a new one.
My library has items people can rent out and a vacuum cleaner is indeed one of them. Even other stores like Walmart, Home Depot rent out vacuums. So it'd stand to reason that people will borrow them from friends/family as well.

Right now I have a really close friend that I genuinely love. She’s super sweet and down to earth. We met because she would ask to borrow my vacuum cleaner from time to time. AND she always brought it back. I didn’t have to go looking for my vacuum. Til this day we tight as 4c curls lol ❤
