It is seems like some bug did all the trouble shooting mentioned in the video didnt work the service center folks just reinstalled tge OS now everything is fine!!!
Dragonra2 Bro, Cancel the Update. If you can’t, Force Restart your Mac, then connect it to charge and make sure you have a strong internet connection. Then restart the process again. IT can help you with the issue.☺️
I downloaded Sonoma. The updste started. But my screen always shows Apple sign and loading bar. It’s been one day. It’s always start again and again by itself. Tried to internet recovery. then it is the same. Any suggestions? (macbook air 2019)

what to do? at the first time i was able to start upgrading macos sonoma but i shut down my mac after the update was done 9gb but now when i start mac to start rest of the upgrade its stuck check for updates

30 min stuck is not problem after downloaded update it takes 30minute for reboot(restart) so wait for 30 minute😃
