    Hey everyone, today I want to share a simple piece of advice that's been on my mind. Often in my conversations with patients, I stress the importance of exercise for making significant improvements in health. It's not just about addressing current issues but also preventing future ones. After we tackle pain, incorporating regular movement becomes crucial to staying strong and resilient.
    But here's the thing: I hear a lot of my patients saying they hate exercise. Well, I'll let you in on a little secret-I'm right there with them. The repetitive gym routine just doesn't do it for me. It's tough, sure, but it also gets old fast. That's where finding something dynamic and engaging comes in, something like CrossFit, which thrives on its social aspect and varied workouts.
    For me, that something turned out to be hockey. It was a game-changer (pun intended). Before hockey, I struggled to stick to any form of exercise consistently. But being part of a team, and engaging in a sport I loved, made all the difference. So, my advice to you is simple: if traditional exercise isn't your thing, explore community sports. Join a rec league, ask your friends if they're involved in any, and give it a shot. It could make a world of difference, just as it did for me.
