- Walk at home with low impact exercises designed for beginners and seniors who want to work out with no equipment and no talking. This is a low impact workout designed for those who don't want to be jumping or doing other more difficult, complicated exercises. Easy to follow, yet will make you break a sweat and lose calories. No equipment needed! And no talking, just music!
If you are a total beginner, I would recommend doing the squat exercise for 15 seconds instead of the whole 30 seconds. This workout is designed to be adaptable for you. Please work at your own pace, do what YOU can do and have fun.

We tried this one again today. Still had to modify (lunges) moves, but continued doing squats instead.

18, 01 2023 Hi Jules, I am back after a few days of lapse and actually 3 days in 5 I did not do any exercises ): Anyway, I am here now. I enjoyed it, but I modified it to be easier so I let down my arms and marched and I did not go down deep and sometimes not at all. Sadly, I made it to be a beginner type of workout. But I enjoyed it. My only regret is that the first and the last song was nice, but the instrumental songs in the middle were not my cup of tea. Thank you

I was just saying that music is extremely important for some of us and I actually choose workouts with the right music. If I dislike it I do not do it. And those songs with lyrics really set the mood for me, so I suppose those were better and happier songs which always will work fine for your videos more than simple instrumental. Well, it is my opinion perhaps you can ask others too. I am just one person.
Well, part of me says: good, it is OK to modify part of me says: yes, Klári this is why you will never get stronger and never tone up.
@@42kellys I agree with you on the music...you definitely have to enjoy the music you listen to while working out. In terms of never getting stronger....I think you are likely getting stronger without even realizing it. Just stay consistent (come back daily to exercise), eat healthy and ensure you do some strength training. You will get stronger.
This has several exercises that are hard for me to do...so now, I want to do this one many times. I want to get stronger. Hahahahaha. God is great and you are wonderful. Go girl.

...and lots of squats...indeed. This one had a couple of challenging movements for me, so I expect that a couple of muscles aren't going to play nicely with all the others tomorrow morning. But that's good...gotta make sure that ALL of those muscles get pulled, pushed, and tugged on!
You're so right that different moves challenge us and help to target the muscles differently. I always encourage people to do different workouts for that reason (and you do so well with doing that!).

Where has this been hiding😂 fantastic cardio/legs. But also felt arms work. It's great that you concentrate on legs but also get heart rate up plus working other areas. These r my go to kinda ones on a day where I've not much time. Also great you feel arms work without weights..... U really know your stuff and how to keep us ladies happy. At 57 I feel content that I've found my thing, and have you to thank❤

Hi Jules! This was a good workout for today, just a little bit longer than yesterday. But guess what it was full of? Squats! A real dream come true for me! I'm kidding of course, but I did them all except the very last set. My thighs staged a protest and said no!

I believe this was (somehow) our first time for this one. What a great workout! We had to modify a couple of the moves, though. It was a 25 minute video, but I don’t feel like we we “cheated”…lol It was no less of a workout than the 30-33 minutes or so ones we do often….I have the sweat to prove it!!

As your legs get stronger, the lunges will get easier. If you find them challenging, just slow the pace down to ensure your form is right. Form is definitely more important.

I love the no talking videos but I like the older music better. But I still love your videos.
I understand:) Working out to familiar music is always the best but as a creator, using copyrighted music has its challenges…so many songs get blocked. There is also no income generated for creators when they use copyrighted material. But, you’ll be happy to know I actually created a playlist today of the oldies and will have it up sometime soon.
Great workout with peppy music...and the step counter! I did have to eliminate squats and lunges because KNEES...ugh. However, I kept on stepping with plenty of arm moves!

Oh that was hard! had my kids home for the first time in a year so not been exercising as much. Plus its really humid in Scotland which is not usual. Loved everything bar the lunges! Still did it.
I hear from others they don't like lunges, either, as they can be tough if people have bad knees. My dad was prescribed lunges to help with his osteoarthritis so lunges can be a great exercise for some. But, if you really don't like them, you can always do a different exercise instead:) It's crazy humid here as well...+40 with the humidex this entire past week!

OMG! What an incredible, invigorating workout! Although it was low impact the intensity was so energizing for the body as well as the mind! The endorphins intensified my very being with energy while the fat cells was running for cover as the muscle took over defining and toning my legs that was being emphasized, even though the entire body was affected positively. I stumbled on your workout and I'm so glad because you don't spend time talking and the workouts are so easy to follow while the music is so motivating! And lastly your workout are geared for beginners to the elderly, which I love because most workouts trainers are too fast to follow and the desire is lost to workout or they talk to much leaving a lack of desire to continue, BUT your workouts are AMAZING, MOTIVATING AND SO ENERGIZING! i am 62 years old and have been a personal trainer since I was 30 years of age and I must admit that your workouts are on the top of the charts!!!! Thank you. I love your workouts. So keep them coming!!!!!

Congrats for finishing! For this next week, ideally start the strength training videos 2-3 times a week to start building more strength and do cardio the other days (or you can do both strength and cardio the same days). I will have Series 3 up the next week.

Today I done this workout instead of my 6th day workout. My shoulder blade is hurting. But I want to do cardio. Is this all right na? Thank you Jules
Yes, definitely! It’s still a 25 min workout so it works well as a substitution. If your shoulder is bothering you, avoid the reaching movements or any other movements that aggravate your shoulder. You can do a bicep curl or tricep press instead during those movements.

Can we use light weights doing these moves?
Yes, using 1-2 lb dumbbells would be fine. I don't recommend using heavier since it can be hard on the joints when the moves are fast.
Muscle pain next day, and I am no beginner. Probably will skip repetition.......😉

It’s definitely a challenge for me to find music. When I use the copyrighted music, all income goes to the music companies. I wouldn’t be able to continue creating videos if I didn’t make some kind of an earning from these other ones.
