To tell the truth, I don't even know any Mandarin movie, except Korean drama with Mandarin dubbing at least in my country.
I really wish HongKongers were more proud of Cantonese and wouldnât fall for the communist lie of calling Cantonese a dialect. It is a distinct language which still uses traditional characters. It hurts to see our beloved GongDongWaa slowly being erased.

Anyhow, the U.S. government officially uses the terms "Hispanic" and "Latino" on their census to refer to people from Central America, South America, the Caribbean, or other Hispanic (Spanish) culture or origin, *regardless* of race (white, black, etc.). Also, the terms are listed without having a specified definition to either. That being said, I think this has resulted in having many people in the US who casually or even formally use these two terms interchangeably. Russell is even worse as he used neither.
