"He said he had a high pain tolerance" you ripped off his skin
Exactly
They said average, not high, but yeah they ripped off his skin and burned it
Her argument blaming him is comical. So if a burger shop serves you raw food because you rush them, they're not responsible? Lol
This lady is strictly for the money 🤦🏻♂️
Huh, are you not listening? He had been tanning prior to the hair removal, which lied about and caused a reaction. She even tested the wax and asked if it was okay. how is it her fault?
@@SiLentAbyss41I mean it’s business.. what else would she be for?
Nah with your burger example it would be the server of food asked the customer if they have any allergies, the customer says no and has an allergic reaction. Surely that's the customers fault.
"He said he had a high pain tolerance, so I broke all his fingers"
The only reason his skin got burnt was because he went to a tanning salon.
He was clearly burned, the wax was too hot, it’s her fault, she has bad people practice. She is unprofessional .
Nah I wanted to defend the guy but it was his fault for going to a tanning bed before.
Whatever the case no hair removal treatment should result in those kind of injuries. Shame on them!
Regardless of if he was “listening to the options” or not, the service he received and picked is a service they DO provide and he got burned as a result of it. Clearly the employee made the wax too hot, put it on his skin which is obviously the cause of the burns, ripped his skin off, and continued to do so when she should’ve known that that is obviously not normal. The service obviously wasn’t even finished. This owner’s delusional.
Big Facts 💯
Also what do they mean? if wax is a choice it means it's safe and can be a choice so there's no excuse because he didn't chose another one, she is absolutely in the wrong
“Oh he didn’t listen to all the options”
Wax doesn’t BURN you like that!
EXACTLY!, I know this is gonna sound dumb, but I mess around with wax (yes this kind) on myself, it should NOT do that 100%
The man Didn't get wax in his life this was his first time so how he suppose to know is this normal or not cause everyone know wax hurt a bit but that was hilarious
Who came from tiktok
Yup
Yup taking to long for part 3
yea
me
Me cause tik tok be playing 🙄😂
"He had other options" ah, yes, I get salmonella from an undercooked chicken burger and they tell me "you could've had the beef or pork burger, thus it isnt our fault".
Nah with your burger example it's like if the waiter asked the customer if they had any allergies and the customer says no but gets an allergic reaction. That's the customers fault.
"Yeah we ripped his skin of, but he should have done something!"
He should have not gotten a tan before lol
@@konan37I see you replying to many comments.
@@RE-kc7ft Right!! They are jumping on every comment like the outcome affects them, lol.
It doesn’t matter what you offer lady! The point is that your staff don’t know how to do wax. Anything that the customer gets suppose to be done right!
This is not normal for hot wax. 2nd degree burns should not be possible.
"that sounds like a torture chamber" 😅 yes it does
😂
😂
Especially when he said they took him to back room with no windows😂
This lady ripped his skin off his body, looking at him. That injury does hurt. I feel sorry for him. Don’t go back to her place. I hope the judge makes the right decision on his behalf.
It was the customers fault for getting a tan before hand and saying he didn't.
@@konan37no it wasn't. The"professional" and I am using that loosely, should have checked the temp on herself because it was his first time getting waxed and he didn't know what to expect, and no matter what your skin should not come off with wax nor cause 2nd degree burns. It's that simple.
I did not expect the spanish inquisition 🤣😆🤣 6:39
No one expects the Spanish Inquisition
That lady is kinda scary.... I wouldn't go to her salon 😮
You don’t have to go to black business it’s more white business than any race business 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Yup .Her torture chamber. 😂
She doesn’t seem scary, she just seems like a b****
He has multiple wax spots ripped off of him after the first one. They should’ve looked at it and saw that it was causing damage. The fact that he has multiple means they didn’t care.
thats what i was thinking! like maybe they could argue a little more if it was just the one, but its the fact that they told him to stop complaining and kept going after seeing that his skin was bubbling and blistering
“We are babies, y’all have babies” is an amazing line
Regardless of everything IF THE FIRST STIP RIPPED HIS SKIN YOU DONT KEEP GOING it didnt matter if he picked an option that wasnt right It doesnt matter if he didnt say anything IT DOESNT MATTER THE POINT IS YOU KEPT GOING AND DIDNT TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY
Richie is kinda reddit mod, very dramatic and the way he talk i dont like but hes still in the right
finished watching W RICCIE
@@JesusDaLawdI am not arguing but he isn't dramatic cause you know 10k dollars is a big amount of money+ traumatic experience of getting your skin ripped apart
@@howdidwegetherehuh it doesnt stop the fact that he sounds very emotional and overly dramatic, sorta like a play
@@JesusDaLawd bro do you even understand me it literally 2nd degree burn and he got his literally skin ripped apart he has right to be emotional and it isn't overly dramatic you never got 2nd degree burn and skin ripped apart that's why you are saying he is overly drametic
Her staff member obviously saw this when she was doing it.
The woman didn’t test how hot the wax is on herself first. She probably didn’t see how hot the wax is either by taking a temperature. Perhaps, this woman needs to be trained again to do her job correctly. She should be suspended without pay or even fired. The saloon is definitely responsible for his injuries.
This fake
@@Bigpimping_psv it’s an reenactment of similar cases. We know these are actors in the show. But the cases aren’t fake.
I agree. It's so scripted it's laughable. So fake.
The only thing that could have messed up his chances is the sun bed part, but she messed up big time in explaining the unprofessional ethics of the worker
"what was youe scale, spanish inquisition?" Bruh 🤣🤣🤣
"We gave him options"
Why would you even have a service that will hurt your client?
Who came from the CZcams short instead of TikTok?
Me
They should’ve done a test patch first. I’m calling bull💩 on them doing so.
Yeah on her own wrist, if the lady would have actually put some on her wrist like your always supposed to, she would have been the one burnt cause of her own mistake and not the customer.
i agree with the judge decision because the question i have is why did the worker that did the wax repeatedly waxing and ripping his skin even when it started bubbling and blistering??
The plaintiff should've never listened to his friend, who pretty much peer pressured him to do the waxing. Plus, he should've been honest about the tanning bed sessions before the waxing.
Even if he did go to a tanning bed the wax isn't supposed to be so hot that it rips off your skin
"If he had chosen one of our other options he wouldn't have these injuries" So what you're telling the court is that you regularly rip skin off your clients? It's just to be expected??
Why would anyone get a tan, then wax?🤦🏾♀️
I really do not like the domino of the salon lady. She has no remorse of what happens to the man
I'm seen plenty of waxing treatment jobs in thr past. And none of them look like that or cause much damage to the customer's skin. That guy literally had chunks of skin taken out of them. So the blames goes to the shop owner and shame on them for poor business practices.
Yup, exactly. The wax should only remove the hair, not the skin!! The wax itself isn’t what hurts, it’s the hair being pulled out that hurts. Waxing should never cause second degree burns, I would sue too if I were him.
The Spanish inquisition😂😂😂😂😂
Fun Fact :- For a moment I thought when the Judge said we need an expert and we have Aaron Renee and when she was presenting I had my expectations high that she was gonna be a professional but when she started presenting and the guy got hurt I started laughing. She failed T-T.
she is a professional, its not like ripping out your hair isnt gonna hurt. but it should not hurt to have the wax applied and it most definitely should not rip off skin.
I love a men with hair on his chest 😂
Alot
If it is RIPPING skin off do you think that doesn't hurt like geez women
The defendant needs an attitude adjustment
I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday night and or day ✌🏻
I don’t get how she can blame him should they know how hot their wax is?
😂yes
His face expression is funny😂 but y he had to lie tho
He should've ask for more.
That woman is an utter quack. Close down that shop.
You are so funny 😂 the reason why you said that because she are black and he is white white privilege
@@jolandamitchum6862 amen for that
I knew the race card would be played. What would you have without your race card? This has nothing to do with race ! Anybody injured in this manner, red, yellow, black or white is a concern. The only thing you see is race because that’s the glasses you have on.
@@jolandamitchum6862not everything is about race
@@jolandamitchum6862pulling the race card doesn't make you any smarter boy
And even thought he didn’t knew the options ur supposed to say that once he came in not rush him like the salon was gonna exploded in 18 seconds
Waxing shouldn’t cause those burns in the first place! I’ve gotten waxed before and it’s never burned my skin.
15:28 the lady on the left reacted with a "WOOW" 😅🤣😂 well you know dang well the guy left for vacation with that 80,000 dollars even quitting his job investing half of the money
I guess the staff is rushing to serve many customer and skip the safely procedure. Don’t even bother to ask the last time about any past activity may cause harm to the skin and warning before proceed.
i feel so bad he looks so sad
😥
“It feels like sandpaper every time I try to move it”💀💀💀 7:49
That audience is going to have nightmares😅😅😅
"we gave him 3rd degree burns but he didnt complain so we kept going...so its his fault."
Mr. Terry Crouppen doesn't know jack about tanning 😂
I agree with the judgement.
All of this could have been avoided if she gave him time to read all the information and didn't rush like he was another customer and he could of ask if their was anything he should be aware of if he was to go through with it. Both are at fault but professionalism needed to be look at too when looking at this.
They did it 3 different times u would think the first times u would be like this isnt normal
If she had won I would have sued them myself. She is the professional it’s her responsibility to make sure her customers don’t get hurt.
Whatever service he chooses it shouldn’t have burn like that
I came from that reel on here🤲🏾
It’s funny she had a witness that said he lied, but didn’t think to tell the boss lady that. Negligence
Who came from a short?
Me
She sounds like her teeth are too big 😂
Yes i literally hate the way she talks 😂
Who came from tic Tok
This will probably get hated on but it’s my opinion that Mrs Gray salon did not wrong him. He went and filled out the papers like they were supposed to be filled out
Mrs Grey looks like a skyrim character.
Anyone else think for a second that the defendant was possibly going to win?
3:53 The woman on his right can feels how painful is that
Girl looked gobsmacked at the end XD
So basically cause he picked the least expensive choice he had to suffer the consequences? How is that fair? Dude just wanted a simple quick wax. Even the cheapest option shouldn't do this to the skin. Salon fault
Electrolysis and laser hair removal cannot be fully effective in one session. They should have used a different kind of wax.
She's so aggressive
Ngl I feel bad for the man, cuz that’s f*cked up
This lady is crazy to blame this man. And what does the options of hair removal have to do with the fact that he has second degree BURNS!!!!! And so what if he "kept silent," LOOK AT HIS SKIN LADY. The lack of responsibility is astonishing!!!
It really doesnt matter its tha fact that they never tested it and just didnt care
Why was judge judy even on i wish it was personal injury court on tv allways
Exactly!😂
Great judgment
Crazy enough it's more than one burn
Do ppl understand that all this is staged and acters? but they did this from a true story
Well i mean he lied in his paperwork but her professionalism was awful
I came from CZcams shorts 😭😭🐺🐺💥💥
“How are we supposed to know he was in pain”
Gee when you ripped off his flesh..did it occur to you that 1, that’s not suppose to happen and 2, that would hurt???
While yes, he is in the wrong for not disclosing his correct history.
When you see skin BURNING and being ripped off, you should absolutely STOP whether the person says anything about it or not.
I came from CZcams shorts
Who came here from TikTok just to see the whole video?
Legal sauce lol..
HOW? HE LIED HOW DID HE WIN
Do u listen to everything they are saying? Ok he lied i agree but the staff should not had tested on the client as such injuries such as a 2nd degree burn injury will and could happen! The staff should always do safety pre cautions! And there are a few other reasons too
The waxing should not have that kind of injuries! It should not even be that bad
As staff should had tested it on themselves first it would had burn her skin and thats the consequence of her mistake of turning it too high and hot
Something to mention is the professional said that she rips the hair out the way it grows the lady says she rips it out the opposite way she is infact responsible for the damages
For once in her life she didn't escape accountability.
Can some1 just confirm 2 me that this is acted out? Thanx... + why? Cant they get real people ?
Great verdict
But what did the tanning do to effect this in anyway that's what I wanna know.
Exactly either way im sure they could see he was tanned but they still proceeded
Anybody read the fine print at the end of the show ?? It says both people are just actors & its based off a real case but those burns were just make up....wow
how are you to help people with little or no information this is why you don't do anything half-baked
Now with the amount of money he can buy a plastic doll❤
JUSTICE!!🙌💕💕💕
Torture Chamber. 😂😂
What a handsome judge. I like the fact that you can render a decision without letting your personal feelings get involved. How tall are you? Are you single?
😯🫣🥴😮💨🤦🏾♀️
It doesn't matter which way he chose! It should not have happened in the first place!
Imagine being Debbie and watching this
I mean the tanning bed lined up they did have that for a reason he marked no but what if he marked yes would they have just denied him ??? So that did line up I think it was both there faults she was talking like she was there but said she was in her office her witness was some random girl from the lobby was eavesdropping and happen to note and talk about a tanning bed that’s odd he didn’t even deny it for her to win she should have a warning and discloser agreement on the paper beginning or end like please read carefully failure answer honestly can result in personal injury we are not liable for you can’t ask questions and say nothing on why it’s like strobe lights do you have seizures ohhh no or yeah but why because the lights can mess you up instead of that you just say there’s strobe lights do what that information what you will
This can't be real, the acting is terrible 😂😂😂
That is not even the proper way to remove sugar wax, I get sugar wax and they ONLY use the wax, no strips!
That's the way the female do it for eye brows removals.
You can use sugar wax with strips. There's different methods
"You should've known it was a prank" is not a defense. If it's deceptive enough to qualify as a "prank," then you take responsibility if the prank goes wrong.
When getting this kind of services you need to be forth coming with the truth
