Theo and Bee gave up their busy city lifestyles in 2014 to explore alternative living, and have lived in vans and boats since then without looking back! Along with their cat Ginjey Bear they have been driving around the world in their self converted Sprinter van. However, when the global pandemic hit they began converting their abandoned stone barn in Central Portugal to turn into a wonderful tiny stone cottage. Along the way, they have rescued a playful cat called Furrnando and have a wonderful flock of Chickens!

I’m so glad Bee has been using acupuncture especially given her mental health issues are related to her menstrual cycle.
Bee, as you feel better, don’t hesitate to return to acupuncture in Portugal if you feel unwell again. I know from personal experience, acupuncture can be extremely & abundantly useful & helpful. xx 🤗

random thoughts: Happy Anniversary Theo and Bea. My husband and I went for a nature walk on our 42nd anniversary last January. That's a great way to celebrate. Traffic in the Dallas, Texas area is horrible too and vets charge "an arm and a leg" for their services here too. Fernando with a tissue box on his head was really funny. I'm looking forward to watching you two work on your Portuguese homestead.

As wonderful as it's been having Theo keeping us in the loop, I so look forward to Bee's sweet, caring, positive thoughts & voice. It's life affirming, however difficult, to witness a person's struggles with adversity. The courage & perseverance required to claw your way back to "normalcy" is no small thing. Keep your eye on the prize- your future self which will be a self-made version.

As an acupuncturist, I'm so glad Bea is getting care. and that walk is stunning!
It's supposed to be great for Anxiety and Stress. Only problem is it costs £45-£60 a session!
I ended up with a constellation of tiny white scars from burning moxa on acupuncture points. I gave up the practice but benefitted greatly from it. Wish my acupuncturist lived closer. The warm needles barely pierced the skin but worked wonders. My ulcerated disk was cured. It was well worth the investment going to their log home in the country.
So wonderful to see and hear Bee! She has been such a uplifting spirit for me to listen to in your past videos! We look forward to seeing you soon back home on epic adventures! Blessings to you both!

I would love to try acupuncture for chronic pain but I can't find anyone that takes insurance. My insurance will cover 25 visits a year but still can't go. Too expensive.

Love watching you guys. Bee is a soldier for helping to break the mental health care barrier. I’m seeing so many now taking a stand, pro athletes and Olympic competitors walking away from the chance for gold and glory to make their stand for their own well being.
