The Golf R is Stage 2+ ready! Milltek Sports Downpipe sounds AMAZING! - 096

Collected my Golf R and now the build is Stage 2+ ready! With a ‪@MilltekSport‬ 200 Cell Sports Downpipe fitted amongst a many upgrades which I will list all below.
This started off as a OEM+ build, which I kind of got a bit carried away with. BUT I hope the information in this video can be a blueprint for YOU, for a solid Stage 2+ setup. As the build itself, I had taken no compromises / no shortcuts to ensure it will be the best Stage 2+ setup.

Is the intercooler absolutely necessary or can you go stage 2 plus with stock intercooler?

I believe according to R Techs recommendations, stage 2 and above you must have the intercooler.
Also notes on their website too, but I would say give them a ring and see what they recommend based on what you want to achieve. Maybe they have other ideas for what you want to do with your car.
