  • This is my video response to the following email: "I purchased your Peace from Physical Symptoms & Panic Attacks video recording. It was extremely helpful! I now understand my anxiety better and now to deal with it. My only question is when you say “quiet your mind” or “leave your thoughts alone” how exactly do you do that? You mention that a lot throughout the video and as someone with constant anxiety for many different reasons I’m not entirely sure how to simply quiet my mind. Your response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!"

Love this. I've heard this message from a million different places but for some reason, the way you explain it has helped it to click with me on a deeper level. We're so conditioned to fix everything and find solutions but I'm loving the idea of just doing nothing instead. Super helpful, thank you ❤️

this is called: realizing the nature of thoughts, which a lot of the masters and sages have been advising but got very much misunderstood, to investigate thoughts, is the real meditation that can lead to freedom from thoughts. thank you for sharing the message.

You will learn to live with it. Your mind will calm down eventually. Try to stay busy with work/studies. Watch hubermanlab videos on grief and anxiety. Not too much, get the info then get on with your life lol, the physiological sigh helped me manage feelings of anxiety and panic. You will get through this. Your mom will always be with you, in your heart and in your memories and I am sure she is proud of you 😊 you will be fine 🤍 ps: that feeling in your throat when her name is mentioned will subside with time.
