Finishing A Crystalline Glazed Ceramic Bowl (ASMR) - Matt Horne Pottery

I recently worked on a bowl commission for a customer, and filmed the process of finishing the piece after the glaze firing. Crystalline glaze typically requires each piece to be fired on a pedestal and dish to catch glaze run-off, which needs to be broken off after the firing and the base ground smooth. For this piece, I was testing out some new diamond grinding and polishing tools from DiamondCore Tools. I was really impressed with how the disc quickly flattened off the piece, while the pads are slightly flexible and did an amazing job of smoothing the base. #diamondcoretools #crystallineglaze

Not really, if it's been sat on the shelf for a while I sometimes sponge off the dust :)
