My entire 3 YEAR Lifting BODY TRANSFORMATION!

- So this is a question I get quite often, so real quick I’ll run you through my entire lifting transformation which began on April 16 2019, this was the first day I did any sort of workout I came home from school really depressed and just for some reason decided to get in shape, I was like maybe 115-120 lbs at 5’8 and I would just throw together random home workouts with some weights that I had in my basement, I was eating pretty much whatever my mom made and more and somehow managed to bulk up to around 155 in July. I then started my first semester at college in August and that’s when I really started talking things more seriously, I started tracking my calories, tracking my weight, going to the gym I got my first gym membership and at the end of October I dieted down to 140 and looked the best I had ever looked in my life, and for the next few months I kinda just maintained cuz I was way too obsessed with being lean, until March of 2020 when quarantine struck and I was sent home from college and started my first ever proper lean bulk. I bought some more weights and equipment off Amazon and I was back working out in the home gym, and just slowly gained weight from around 140 in March to 173 at the end of September, and I initially planned on going to the end of the year, but I got really self conscious with how I looked and decided to cut it short, so I began my first official cut at the beginning of October in 2020, and I got really lean really quick, this was me on November 18, like 7 weeks after my peak bulk down 13 pounds, and again on December 9 at 157 and a few weeks after that is actually when I started posting consistently on tiktok, and I again got a little obsessed with being lean and so I maintained until around February of 2021 until I started a small bulk just so I could cut for the summer, and in April I looked like this at around 168 pounds, and cut down again to the leanest I ever was in July at 155 and this is when I actually started posting consistently on CZcams, and when summer ended I started my third year of college back on campus and finally got back to the gym, and decided to start my second long serious lean bulk which began in August, and this in my opinion is when my progress really took off, I started training a lot smarter, eating a lot better, and just doing things more effectively, and I went from 153 at my leanest in August to 187 at my heaviest in March of 2022, and on April 1st of this year, I started my cut which I am currently on, I weighed in this morning at 179.6 and looked like this a couple nights ago after a full day of eating with no pump, and that is pretty much my journey, it’s been a wild ride and I’ve learned a lot along the way, and hopefully I can learn even more in the upcoming years, but I hope that helps and thanks for watching. #Gym #BodyTransformation

This is just a quick rundown on my entire transformation, I might make a longer, more detailed video sometime in the near future. Maybe something like a vlog/reaction to my progress and give more insight into what I did, what I ate, how I felt, etc and talk more about personal stuff. Let me know if that's something you'd be interested in seeing!

LOL you really think this guy is natural
@@Bobe_Kyrant.42 why does it matter?
@@Bobe_Kyrant.42 This attainable naturally, go take this shit to nattyorjuice subreddit, thats where all you dyels belong
This is exactly why if you want to start just do it don’t overthink he made some great gains in the beginning by just throwing exercises together and eating whatever just start somewhere 💪🏿
Yep! Just getting to the gym and doing something more than yesterday is a huge win for any beginner. You'll slowly learn more as you go on 💪
But when i do that i get injured and can’t train for the next 4 years

Nice dude, no lie I'm just glad you found something you enjoy and that your here with us. I knew a guy who was going thru stuff and well he never recovered, but im just glad your around and inspiring others to improve on themselves. Be safe and remember your always loved
Thanks so much man, that really means a lot. ❤
@@MaxEuceda7 I'm glad you read my message Max, seriously man I've never learned more about working out then I've ever knew. Also if you ever need to vent or anything just hit me up, cool.
Please watch my body transformation
@@MaxEuceda7 are you really 5.8 ?? You look 5 .10 5.11
The progress is admirable and inspiring, and I love reading you guys supporting each other. So often men's psychological or emotional problems are unaccounted for and it's great to see these supporting comments.
Yeah great job m.czcams.com/video/uZdv-TtiMkg/video.html
He's not natty
man, you really are my inspiration. Also you’re the only youtuber who’s really honest about their body transformation and journey
This is really inspirational. Goes to show how far proper research and committed training can get you. Thanks for sharing all your tips and progress.
One of the most humble guys out there, amazing results bro and hope you keep on improving year after year 💪
holy crap dude, your physique looks surreal. I really wanna be like you but im kind of stuck in a big dilemma in my life which is pretty much ruining my progress.
try sorting it out or wake up an hour earlier by dumbells do it at breaks or whenever and eat properly you can do pushups anywhere.. if u keep making excuses like me your 31 with a fat disgusting belly
Just tryna motivate you ofc :)
He's got crazy genetics if he could look that good in a matter of months when starting out. That's not discrediting his effort though, dude is unreal
@@kaz7690 He doesn't have crazy genetics, poor chest inserts, small clavicles.
@@proudboysusa4861 thanks man, it's just that my father also wants me to do water polo, because im prodigious as a goalkeeper. But i really like lifting and i wanna get big. However im scared that if i leave to train more and be more consistent then my teammates will hate me and i will let them and my father down. I really like winning games at water polo, but i also relish lifting and getting juicy pumps
Thanks Max for your humility and helpful info. Your tips have helped my gains greatly, most channels dip around with garbage promos, not you.
Max, thanks for inspiring me man, your honest and straight forward Shorts keep me at my best.
Bro you are fr inspirational, your content is what has gotten me into lifting.
Hey man, i was so fat growing up i didn't have the proper mentality to workout. But just before the pandemic when i had a emotional breakdown in my life i started working out and i lost so much fat but i forgot about nutrition and i became kind of skinny, after that i bulked up and had a cut. And my genetics kicked in and i became so much taller. Now I'm currently bulking up and never looked better. Its inspiring to know there are people like you out there . Keep going man♥️
Dude, i hope you see this, you are an absolute inspiration!! You have an insane physique and you show me that i can reach something like yours naturally. Thank you for all your content, and keep it going! much love from germany
This guy not only worked hard but also had amazing genetics!!!
Thank you 🙏
@@MaxEuceda7 please be honest, are you natty? Is this a possible transformation for 3 years?
@@SkyTheGuy8 not natty. Check out that random face acne he had when he blew up
@@fcfc2797 bruh it's literally called puberty. His first photo was at 120lbs was him obviously not fully grown as an adult. He obviously gained that weight from simply growing up, as well as his training. If you think he is not natural at 5ft10 or so at only 155lbs bodyweight then you're r3tarded.
He does not have amazing genetics. People with amazing genetics already have a good physique before they even touch a weight
Your progress is mostly dictated by your passion. As long as you're eating healthy, training hard, recovering properly and just taking care of yourself overall(regarding your mental health and what not), you'll skyrocket in a few months. Really, there is no better feeling than seeing yourself getting stronger, looking better and feeling better as well. Thank you a lot Max, i'm not a lifter(i'm into gymnastics a lot more), but people like you inspire me everyday to keep going and going into my fitness journey. Hope you're taking care of yourself man, stay healthy ✌️
Be proud of yourself for your accomplishments and I hope you know how much I appreciate your channel 💪🙏
Hats off for the work and honesty you put behind your videos!! Keep it up man!!
Most impressive. That is dedication combined with goals and a huge amount of effort and work. Yes your genes likely helped but only to show you how high you could set those goals. I don’t know what you want to do with your life but I do know that your ability to accomplish you goals can take you far. Thank you for taking the time to put this video together.
Love the content! Since summer is right around the corner and everyone’s cutting, i’m sure a full cutting guide (similar to your full bulking guide vid) would pull you a lot of views. Best wishes!
You have inspired me to start working out. I have the same body physique as you in the picture before you started working out. It’s like looking my self in the mirror. You sir have shown me that if I work hard and do it long term I too can have a amazing physique. I’m also depressed and seeing your videos and hearing you talk about it gave me inspiration. Thanks for giving me hope.
Just don’t be disappointed to know he’s using steroids so it’s an unrealistic expectation if you’re trying to be natural about it.
Great video. So inspirational. Awesome journey. I really like knowing how you just started and just improved on everything as you went. Great example of "progress not perfection" and just doing it. We find and apply improvements as we go - it's a natural part of the process.
It’s part of the unnatural process you mean
You're such a big inspiration to me keep up the good work!
You have the most efficient info and give such good tips for form which really helped me, cheers Max
Nice transformation man! Would love to see a video about your typical diet on both bulk and cuts that you’ve done
Im So proud of you and i Believe you Have even better thing coming
This is actually just amazing. Huge inspiration
Bro your hella aesthetic now keep it up!💪🫡
Your content is soo good, I learning soo many things from you that helped me through my lifting journey! I hope you will post more videos about dieting for newbie lifters like me.
Happy for you bro. Put in the work, see the results. Respect.
That is some transformation!! Keep up the good work. 💪🏻👍🏻
It's nice to see that you built the majority of your physique in your home gym. Showing everyone that all you need is some decent equipment for resistance training and the road for some cardio.
Keep up the great work brother! Your an inspiration and don’t let anyone knock you down. Ignore the people that say you’re taking steroids. It’s called discipline and hard work. Kicking butt in the gym everyday and eating a healthy diet.
This is now my second year of training , ur progress is amazing
Great work bro. I started lifting since 2020. Since then I have learned a lot from you. Good luck for you future success 🤞🔥.
GH.... with the right stuff you can get where ever you want.
Huge respect man , i think u have much better utilitised your newbie gains than an avg beginner.
This is actually such a motivational video. That video of skinny you in the end is EXACTLY what I look like now. Hope I can turn things around.
So inspiring bro!
I won’t even say genetics because that looks more like dedication and hard work. Really impressive stuff Max keep it up!
Insane progress Max, mad props, would kill for a physique like yours bro! 💪
YOU are my inspiration from now on bro damn
U are my inspiration king , keep motivation me and others like me
This is a major motivation check !!! Never stop is the goal !!! We grow , we learn , we strike 🫡🔥
Discipline plus passion equals success! Impressive work bro, wow.
You know what you are doing.
Keep it up. 👍🏾
Max you are a total menace , a BEAST!
Your bicep insertions are enviable. Great video, too.
Much respect, you inspire many!

Max was so smart to keep grinding even after achieving his cut/physique goals. Complacency is a killer
Very well done brother. You are an inspiration
Hell yeah man this is awesome. would love to see the pharmacology breakdown too
That’s super cool! I didn’t know you could change the background color on the Renpho app lmao
It really is insane what hardwork does. I’ve been lifting for 6 years on and off, no where near as consistent as him, and I’m still pretty small. He’s way stronger than me too. Inspiring as fuck
full day of eating and no pump, i actually screamed, how is that no pump, u looking really good. Keep up the good work, u have amazing content and tips, love from portugal
You look mad strong and putting alot of work wth bro
Respect.
Yoooo, this is amazing, and you're a huge inspiration!
Now I'm thinking of making my own transformation video.
Your Transformation is amazing. Truly a Goal physique.
Go for it! That way, you can look back on what you accomplished!👍
Thanks for sharing, as always Max 💪🏽
You are a real inspiration Max
Badass man ! Congrats 👏🏻
The craziest part about this transformation to me is the chest growth, holy fuck did you get your chest. Let’s go bro 💯
You just boosted my motivation man 🤙🏻🔥
Bro this is amazing. I've been following you for probably about a year or so. I've been training non-stop for damn near 7 years and you're already where I'm at in 3. I think the most impressive aspect I've taken away from your content is how open-minded and genuine you come off. You're here to genuinely help and inspire people and that's really what it's all about. Looking forward to see where you are in another 3 years. 💪
He has some crazy genetics and a good work ethic for sure. He made the same progress in 6 months that took me like 1.5 years lmao but that just adds another reason for me to work harder.
@@o.c.317 It's all diet too. What you do in the gym is only going to be as beneficial as what you do in the kitchen. Form, Recovery, Diet, Progressively Overloading... those are the keys to master
For real. I've been going 2 years and only just made it to 165, despite stuffing my face to the point of getting pudgy several times. Also 5'8, started at 130 lbs
No way you guys think this is natural
He is not natural, that's why.
inspiration !🤯keep it up bro
This progress is sick! I started very similarly to your starting pictures, been working out at home off and on for about 5 years, been going to the gym more consistently now and bulking for a few weeks and currently looking like 0:23 so seeing the progress you’ve made to now is very motivational 👏🏻
I feel you
Love your content, keep it up!
Man I am right now just like you when your were skinny. And I thought I will never be big like you, but you inspired me in this video and told me to not give up. Thx man
Really impressive results dude. Well done! 😉
Awesome work my friend 👏👏👏
your first physique before working out is very similar to mine after working out for a bit less than a year. some people would find this discouraging, but to me this is great inspiration. i know that i can actually look good if i keep at it thanks to you
same here, i guess we just have to keep working
@@enderquare6845 great luck on your journey brother!

Great progression Max I’m 17 and been training for 3 years when I was 13/14 and still going

@@Gabe-zm9vh That’s good my boi, keep grinding and consistency and you will see results
Omg! Incredible transformation! You look amazing! You're my crush!!
That's awesome. Thank you for the inspiration
bro u motivate me all the time 💯
The level of positivity in the comments section though...
I think it shows that your heart shines through and attracts the right people.
Love the consistency with your bulks and cuts🔥 any advice on how to cut or lean bulk?
Great work man. I would like to be as dedicated as you sometime but I’m literally doing full time school and full time work to pay for the school so I don’t have the time to be as consistent.
Love this mate 💪 it's good to see how you've figured things out yourself and thought about things logically - good work! Just wondering if you could share calories / macros for your bulk and cutting phase? I'm a similar shape maybe a little taller/bigger so would be interesting to know. Cheers!
You’re a beast bro!
Your one year progress is just crazy
Bro super arms genetics , u ve always had decent arms, and now they're amazing!!
Nice one bud. You should be proud of yourself.
This is so impressive 🥹

Great job bro. Ur awesome
This transformation in 3 years is insane
I've only one word to say RESPECT and INSPIRATION. Oh sorry, that's two words. Wait now it's more.
My end goal is to look like you at the halfway point😂 probably do what you did and maintain if I can get that physique and stay lean ish.
