But when you try to get an attorney to help with that they all say " we cant help you, we help the defendant, you have the prosecutor good luck"
Look for an attorney who takes Victim’s Compensation/Marsy’s Law cases. A lot of criminal defense attorneys don’t really know what to do with these cases

No one talks about the people who make false domestic violence, allegations and the toll and the pain that it causes the other person who's truly the victim. In my case, he has tried to destroy my life with all of the lies and it seems like the court just believes everything he says. 😢😢
I do!! This is one of the few videos I’ve posted that is more neutral. The false allegations and immediate consequences to the accused drive me crazy. What stage is your case at?
I am in Kansas and have been falsely accused. I am at my wits end. My ex an I have been separated for 5 months. She has accused me of kidnapping my son when I tried to meet her for exchange. After a week of arguing over summer visitation. She said she filed for a pfa then demanded I bring him to her home instead of the public agred upon meeting place we have been using. I refused to go to her home. And she refused to meet me. I had him back up to her mother the next day (2 hour drive one way. 4 hours total round trip. 2 days in a row). So now I have no access to him. And have alot of stress due to her false allegations.
Could you do a video on striking back at those that make false accusations of abuse?
I'm thinking that I better do something to get my attorney fees back and maybe more if possible to head off any future attacks from them.
I want them to know that this isn't a game and to not use the Court and their time and mine just out of spite.
I'd like to know if I/when I should be asking for these fees in court. Can I do it at our hearing? If it goes to trial, should I ask then?
Men would not mess with this woman with a 35 and a half foot pole.
